Bonjour will be established as a rental business that will cost $50,400 with the total of $266,630 personnel facilities for one year. The current restaurant is located at the corner of Broad and Snyder. The restaurant will provide seating for 100 patrons simultaneously. It will also provide sit-down and delivery service 24/7 from a 1200 square foot modular building that has two drive-through service windows opening around the clock. The drive through section will only be open from 9PM – 9AM (12 hours shift). The location will provide free, off-street parking with access and egress onto two streets. (Broad and Snyder). It will serve pizza, Stromboli, cheesesteaks, breakfast, hoagies, and beverages. Due to the location of Bonjour, it is not likely to exceed capacity due to market competition and limited growth potential in the area. Bonjour will have a partnership with Ace Mart for Kitchen and Dining Room equipments lease. This could be a problem with proximity. Since Ace Mart is located in Texas and Bonjour in Pennsylvania. So there could be a shipping or travelling fee which is unknown. However, Bonjour and Ace Mart will maintain a good relationship to continue to be partners. If anything happens, it will be professionally taken care of. Overall, because Bonjour will be opening on January 1, 2016, it is expected to be purchased the equipment somewhere around the …show more content…
By this time, everything (equipment, foods, etc) will be set and ready to go. The owner also expect to be profitable around 7:30AM to 10AM then 12:30 to 2PM because by morning, people are getting ready for work or school. By afternoon, people are having break time / intermission before heading off to work again. The time might be different because of seasons. Bonjour should expect a delay (like a 1 – 2 hours delay) from trading hours from the winter. (Snow). As for profitability, (winter) it will remain the

Typically, consumers go out to eat not only for good food, but we also expect good services, fresh ingredients, proximity, and an atmosphere to match. My client is The Varsity Club Tavern in Morgantown, WV. Usually just referred to as The Varsity Club, but the tavern part gives a little hint to the overall feel of the restaurant. As you may know, taverns are places that sell beer and other beverages and some of the time food. The Varsity Club offers an extensive beer selection and

We will deliver nearly 45,000 meals this year primarily through volunteers. Meals are delivered Monday-Friday to homebound seniors. For many, this is an invaluable opportunity to check on their well-being. That’s when a meal means even more.
A special place is my job at Moe’s Southwest Grill. People go there to eat or work. The customers are greeted with a friendly “Welcome to Moe’s” from the staff. Moe’s is located in a remodeled building near the Carilion Clinic and Dr. Pepper Park. The building has four walls of red and brown bricks and a tin roof. Ten clear glass window panes and eight doors make this a unique building. The water hose gives a drink to the thirsty plants growing in the hot sun. The growing green and healthy plants in the mulch are a welcome to the customer. On the outdoor patio, dim lights provide the diners with a romantic atmosphere and a view of the Roanoke Star at night. During the day, umbrellas protect the diners from the sun while enjoying nature during lunch. Pull open the heavy door and
For example we have a regular booking for Tea Dances. They use chalk to help glide. This takes hours to clean up to get the floor up to standard. Porters finish at 1500 and the Dance at 1600! We have to consider what is on the next day and time to change the

Since the year 2000 Fort Lupton has made many changes to improve the services that are available to the citizens of the community. The community has added a Safeway store to replace the Fort Lupton Market which would charge an arm and a leg for a banana. A Recreation Center has also been built which allows people to exercise and provides entertainment in the form of a pool. Over the last fifteen years many restaurants have risen and fallen but just as many have not budged. There are still many improvements the city is planning to implement.
Some of the key reasons for the dismal profits are primarily due to lack of control, and inexperience from both Julie and Mary, the co-owners and managers of Café Bijoux. The reasoning behind this claim is that a business that is not seen profitable is usually not. In addition, a real restaurant sign is not up and visible. A sign is a major gateway to success in a busy congested market which sees more than eleven businesses surrounding a one km radius. However, Julie and Mary have been awaiting the funds to put up a sign, which has seen negative results due to lack of
Note: We must use UIC Catering: $9.99 per person for continental breakfast or $20 per dozen (e.g., bagels or muffins or pastries, etc.) and $25 per gallon of coffee (serves 16 people). We have an average of 40 new employees: continental breakfast $399.00 or A La Carte $155.00.
There are three legal forms that Bonjour needs to fill out in order to establish the Pizza and Hoagie shop to become a corporation or a new independent business selling various options on the menu. Bonjour must have, the Articles of Incorporation – For profit where both the Cooperation (Blanc Corp.) and Bonjour establish the business with the exact amount of payment ($125) to send. Then the business needs registration of fictitious name with the check payment of $70 to verify name and a brief statement of the business with an address of both the business and the owner. Lastly, the docketing statement – new entity. The business also needs permits and license in order to process food or any other necessary cost. Without these permits, then what
