Bonjour will be established as a rental business that will cost $50,400 with the total of $266,630 personnel facilities for one year. The current restaurant is located at the corner of Broad and Snyder. The restaurant will provide seating for 100 patrons simultaneously. It will also provide sit-down and delivery service 24/7 from a 1200 square foot modular building that has two drive-through service windows opening around the clock. The drive through section will only be open from 9PM – 9AM (12 hours shift). The location will provide free, off-street parking with access and egress onto two streets. (Broad and Snyder). It will serve pizza, Stromboli, cheesesteaks, breakfast, hoagies, and beverages. Due to the location of Bonjour, it is not likely to exceed capacity due to market competition and limited growth potential in the area. Bonjour will have a partnership with Ace Mart for Kitchen and Dining Room equipments lease. This could be a problem with proximity. Since Ace Mart is located in Texas and Bonjour in Pennsylvania. So there could be a shipping or travelling fee which is unknown. However, Bonjour and Ace Mart will maintain a good relationship to continue to be partners. The owner also expect to be profitable around 7:30AM to 10AM then 12:30 to 2PM because by morning, people are getting ready for work or school.
