The passengers use the idea of a typical murderer to convince Poirot that the mysterious person kills Ratchett. The twelve murderers use the concealment and the lie to hide their identities and erase any connection to the Armstrong case.

Fly across the world? Absolutely, no problem. However, with all the technology available, who is going to want to go camping when they can experience the world through a screen. In the poem Woodchucks by Maxine Kumin, the speaker progressively becomes more obsessed with the woodchucks which is seen through Kumin’s word choices and the tone of the poem. In the beginning, she was willing to get rid of the vermin “humanely,” by gassing them underground in their home. However, this attempt failed, resulting in the speaker’s obsession with eliminating the garden intruders. After the woodchucks invaded her garden, it became the last straw. With the devastating sight of the ruined garden, the speaker became angry and violent, which led to her first kill of the mother woodchuck, releasing the murder inside of her.

At only four years old, I was exploring the dense woods of the Washington island in which I grew up on. I was with my older sister and cousin when we found ourselves trekking through a yellow-jacket hive. We raced back home, covered in bees from head to toe, screaming painful cries for our parents. As we started approaching the house, our parents began to run towards us, stripping off our clothes while spraying us down with a garden hose. Growing up on an island has many perks, however emergency medical care is not one of them. The adults quickly loaded us into the car to race toward the only doctor's office on the island. The next closest was by sea plane or a two hour ferry ride to the mainland. While en route, I vividly recall sitting on
