Drawing on a rhetorical critical analysis to studying technology, this paper outlines a proposal to research how Orange Is The New Black (OITNB) is affecting the women of the multiple races portrayed in the show. I will also discuss if binge watching can institute cultivation and affect a viewer’s perceptions as a result of constant content exposure. Specifically, I will conduct a rhetorical analysis of symbolic artifacts including, language, images, and gestures displayed in OITNB. To supplement the rhetorical critical analysis, I will conduct in-depth interviews with female OITNB viewers, who are from each race depicted in the show, in which I will ask them questions to solicit their perspectives of the female racial representations presented in the show.

One character throughout these films exist in ways that defy the standard presentation of the ideal woman or support it and it’s used for perversion. With Roseanne, the celebrity and character, she doesn’t fit the feminine sanction by being rowdy and too fat, which is considered excessive by the public eye.

In fact, it contains almost half of the neurons in the entire brain, damage here is known to cause this type of movement. This damage in the cerebellum is called spino-cerebellar ataxia, or just ataxia. The movement is specifically stiff legs, wide stances, and lumbering walking. This is a rare disease, however, if a virus’s main instruction is to attack the cerebellum then it is likely it will no longer be rare. Another common zombie characteristic is the moaning and groaning that comes from that rotted mouth. This is caused by more damage to the brain. This damage, known as Wernicke’s Aphasia, is the cause of speech that cannot be understood: moaning, groaning, and not able to say a single understandable word. To portray this arc in the news article, I interchanged between using Heisenberg and Walter White. I started by stating his death as a criminal than I described his background to show his character arc and so he is more relatable to the readers. The violence of the show is hard to describe by just using text, but I basically stated facts rather than use a more descriptive diction to reflect the nature of a proper news report, or article. The dialogue of the series is also difficult to translate without discussing its context, therefore I decided to not use direct quotes and instead relied on factual interviews to develop

Think about what you all want to be when you grow up. Maybe you were influenced by your family, maybe your friends, or maybe even where you grew up. Interesting enough, I was realized what I wanted to do after being influenced by the best TV series.

Jeff Davis, writer of Criminal Minds, and MTV’s Teen Wolf goes by the motto “Always be learning” (Cardillo). Well, this sure does show in the series Teen Wolf. The Writers went beyond expectations and based on their views, all of their hard work has payed off. Teen Wolf is an excellent series, in which you are always learning more along the way. What has really made this series amazing is its outstanding script, excellent actors, and fascinating secret reality and plot line.

In vampire literature, there is always a mortal female willing to risk her life to be with a vampire. These females are willing to do anything to be with these immortal creatures for a lifetime of endless love, regardless of the danger. Is mortal love not enough anymore? With vampires, they seduce their prey in order to feed. Vampires intrigue women with love, sex, romance, and most importantly mystery. Vampires are much more desirable then mortal men, even though they can potentially kill you. Their love is endless compared to mortal love.
