One of my strengths includes breaking down course material learned in class. If a classmate is stuck on a certain topic, I like to help that classmate by breaking down the material in a way that they can understand.
Areas I could improve:
I could improve on showing less unselfish behaviors to people I do not know very well. I tend to be less selfish to the people I interact with less often.
My plan for improvement:
As a PT student, I will be interacting with a lot of new people. Engaging with more people should help me to be less unselfish to new people.
In this semester, my strengths included having prior knowledge to assist me in the classes. An example of
I believe my greatest skill is my ability to empathize with others. Reading novels is my passion and I learn to view things from different perspectives through these reading exercises. When I read a story, I see the world in the protagonist’s point of view or the antagonist’s point of view. I understand why they act that way or makes that decision when they face certain situations. When I’m able to understand their perspective their actions make sense to me.
not let myself be used and taken advantage of yet at the same time I try to see the good in everyone.
A lesser-obvious ability is my ability for thinking in a creative and critical manner. In the years leading up to my move from Louisiana, I was very active in an global organization, Destination Imagination (DI), that compelled students to solve problems around them in creative and fruitful ways. For example, for two years my team chose to address needs in our community, and we were able to share our
I think that one of my best strengths is that I can get along with people. Going to a large high school has led me to become the mediator in a number of situations and I learned how to make people feel better and prevent future conflicts. This is a very important skill to have in the community due to the fact that most of my life is in the presence of other
For example when I became friends with people from my soccer team they showed me something that I am forever thankful for. I was never a person to go to church. I never understood it. My father is a catholic and my mother was religious to an extend. Since my father didn’t stay with us it was me and my mom and it seemed like we never had time to go to church. When I made friends with my soccer team-mates they brought me with welcome arms to their church. Now this is my church. I’ve learned kindness in a different way now. I treat others in a different light
My personal strengths are that I am a keen learner and organized person because like Benjamin Franklin I believe that if I fail to plan then I am planning to fail. Above all I am confident that I have made the right choice and that I am a suitable candidate for
A pregnancy starts at the moment of conception. This is the process of the sperm fertilizing the egg. All species have their own unique form of pregnancy; human pregnancy lasts about nine months. There are three different stages of pregnancy known as trimesters, during each trimester there are milestones in the developmental process of the baby.
My greatest personal strength is that I am comfortable speaking to large groups. This will enable me to clearly give information and guide the ensemble effectively in any situation.
and change the attitude of those around me as my own attitude have an impact on
As a child I was taught to be polite and to never use obscenities, that there are many words within the English language that I can use to express myself and this was enforce by family and teachers and I was aware of the consequences of disobeying rules set forth. A core principle that was instilled in me was to always ask for something, but most importantly the value of earning and deserving of getting rewards, that nothing in life that is not earned without hard work and sacrifice. In earning these rewards one can appreciate hard work and know the value of hard work. Another important value taught to me as child is to be willing to share with others and that there is joy and fulfillment in sharing and an appreciation for what you have and not to covet things your neighbors have. I had to learn to appreciate what I had and show that appreciation and that has carried over into my adult life wherein I appreciate gifts and people and I am very thankful for those in my life. I am very careful of the friends I keep as one of the things instilled in me is that the people you surround yourself is a reflection of the person you are.
Another one of my current strengths would be that I am very detail oriented and specially in a clinical setting, can be quite useful. Being able to pay attention to minor details can be the best way to assess a patient and find the best method of working with them.
Furthermore, preparing and packing the café every morning and afternoon depended on how well we worked as team, for example helping another worker when you have finished you own workload. My main strength in this whole course would be my personal development, as I was able to gain my own skills, attitudes, and knowledge, such as my technological skills for example, how to source useful information that is relevant to my work. Another example is becoming more confident about myself, as I am able to freely express my emotion without thinking of any sort of limitation that will limit my progress of taking risks for the fear of failure.
I am pleased to be here today on behalf of the Americans for Common Cents to discuss some aspects of proposed legislation, such as S. 814, which would significantly change the U.S. coinage system. In particular, I would like to review those aspects of an April 1990 Gallup survey that bear on the questions before you today and summarize a study I have completed on the economic effects of eliminating the penny and instituting a price rounding scheme for cash transactions.
When it comes to who I am in my career, a few of my strengths shine through more than others. For example, I put everything I have in to my work and into my career, and looking back at how I’ve worked in the past compared to now, I see my strengths restorative and developer.
