Globalization is one world; people from across different nations interacting and relating with each other in a way and manner that spelt speed, increase innovation, improve economy, motivate, and enrich cultural, technological, political, and social environment. An Entrepreneur is a ‘risk-taker’; He or She looks out for opportunity and uses his or her creativity and initiative to create a solution. Making a product or service that fulfill a need (gives value) at just the right time is an opportunity recognition (Robert & Barley, 2005). Competition among business organizations have been fierce – thanks to Globalization. As to the priorities, in my opinion, I would say the rebranding of the hotels should be placed at top priority. This is because rebranding is a marketing activities that will be use in attracting and maintaining their customers; they want their products to be in the mind of the customers always (creating a niche) for the products to be a household name; A BRAND (Ilarde, 2012). To follow next is the recruitment exercise; this is equally very important especially as 70% of the old staffs have left the organization, there is urgent need for have new staffs onboard. Human resources still remain the best asset any organization could have to achieve the set-up objectives. The last on my priorities for Brunt Hotel would be to train the home country managers to speak the French language; this is important too especially if their decision to recruit home country staff as managers to govern the activities of the acquired hotels in France. In any hospitality outfit, just like Brunt Hotels, positions needed would be Managers in each departments; Marketing, Accounting, Sales, Human Resources, Restaurant & Bar, Operation, Administration, Procurement,
