Hello Everyone! I have been looking forward to learning about educational law for quite some time now and I like the way our syllabus is formatted into categories, which I think will help me build schema. Although I do not have any prior knowledge of New Jersey’s Homeschooling Law, I was very intrigued researching and reading about it. Sadly, I was not surprised by New Jersey’s liberal perspective on homeschooling; however, some states requirements did surprise me. Overall I felt that New Jersey took a cavalier attitude toward children who are being homeschooled and I do not feel it is in the best interest of the child or state to allow such loose guidelines.

The client in this report is Richard Potter. He is a London Black Cab Driver, he was chosen as the client due to the fact he would use the application on a daily basis because his current Taxi Cab does not include a built-in trip computer as standard and one would be helpful to him while at work to give him useful information about his journeys and the vehicle, which he relies on to produce any sort of salary since he is self-employed. Most businesses use more than one way to communicate internally and externally. This is vital to running a business effectively. Without communication, information would not get passed on, information that is potentially needed to carry out tasks within the business.

Being the main method of communicating an opportunity to an audience, a side project was introduced for me to create a poster about my desire to offer nutrition education in October. The project got completed in and posted in December mainly due to a misunderstanding on my part that I am not able to make a project poster as I would in high school, work-life conflicts with time, and how long it would take to create a YMCA poster through the official marketing channels within YMCA with emails back and forth. There are many ways you can show an operating system can be viewed as an event driven application. First example to view an operating system as an event driven application could be a start button of a windows operating system. When a user clicks on the start button it loads up a user interface with a list of function you can do on your computer such as accessing your personal files such as pictures, videos and documents. you will have to click or press on the button to make this happen as this an event driven this only works with the user interaction.

The company I have chosen to look at is Primark, the role in this company is a Retail Assistant.

In this report I will be talking about how my chosen organisation, which is Primark, uses ethical issues to consider in its every day operational activities. Primark may not have some ethical issues that I will be discussing about in this report, but I will talk in detail about how they could use them, issues in their business.
