Bucket List: Go To Disney World

So one day our family decided to go to Disney World with her family. It was our family, our aunts family, my mom’s parents, and Emmy and Bear. We took 2 cars, 6 people in each. It took us a whole 11 hours to get there! When we got there we stayed in 2 apartments called New Orleans.

One memory that vividly sticks out in my mind from my childhood was that special summer when my parents told me we were going on a trip to Disney World. It was in June of 2001 and I was twelve years old. My parents planned the trip six months in advance. As a child, it seemed as if the time would never come. When it finally came time to pack and leave, I felt eager and excited. The night before our departure, I could not sleep at all. My most memorable childhood experience is of going to Walt Disney World with my family and having a great time.Vacations with the family were always joyous.

Universal Orlando Resort is located in Orlando, Florida. Orlando is known as one of the hospitality capitals of the world. There is an incredible mixture of exciting things to do in this city. While Orlando is best known for the theme parks for the perfect family vacation, it is also known for the warm weather, fine dining, outlet shopping malls, Orlando Magic arena, theaters, museums and so many more exciting and fun things to do. In addition, the cost of homes in Orlando is lower than the national average, and in Florida there is not a state income tax, making a family living affordable. As my educational and career path is in the hospitality industry and Orlando is a place known for hospitality and amazing things to do, I think Orlando is a perfect fit for me. The most memorable trip my family has ever taken would be our trip to Disney World. My family and I have went to Disney three times, each time we have went I've had the best time of my life. Nothing could make me feel the way going to Disney with my family does. At Disney I have made memories that will last a lifetime. From the memories on the drive down to Florida to the memories we make while we are there. I remember the very first time I went, you can ride a ferry boat to get to Disney. We decided to ride over on the ferry instead of the monorail, just riding on the ferry was a different, and great experience from the rest.

When I was in Kindergarten we went to Disney World for the first time. It was our last day, and since my brother was still in a stroller, we went to mostly shows. The only problem with that is trying to leave the show can be difficult because there are so many people trying to leave the same theatre at once. We were at Animal Kingdom and had been there all day. Our family friends were with us, there were 5 of them in there family. It was an especially crowded day, everything we did we had to wait in line for, usually over an hour. Waiting in line was boring, and made me want to run around even more than I normally did when I was 5.

The main reason for this project is to inspect three organization's Annual Report, Income Statement, and Balance Sheet. I will also prepare a written statement regarding the development or decrease for the three companies. The three companies that I have chosen are Disney World, Cedar Point, and Six Flags. Why should I invest in these companies? I will tell you why? Disney is definitely a great company to invest in because they operate in five major segments like Media Networks, Parks and Resorts, and in Studio Entertainment. Walt Disney can take enormous names and put them into amusement parks, toys, and computer games or whatever they want to use them for this gives the company different chances to advertise every last one of its brands.

The first thing on my bucket list is something that I have always wanted to do. I want to race a police officer at a stop light. Growing up I saw a lot of action movies involving high-speed chases. I guess some of the chases stuck with me. By racing a police officer I would be going against the fear that I used to get whenever I saw a police car behind me. The next item on my bucket list would be to become a professional sniper. After seeing American Sniper, I was inspired by how much skill it takes to be good at something. Everybody and everything is very important to me and belong in my perfect world. Whenever my dad and I are at the house, we like to go and ride our bikes throughout our community. We will adventure around the neighborhood and try to go as far as we can. My mom and I love to go to Disney. Her and I will race into Disney World to see who can get to Mickey Mouse first. We try to find as many characters to take our pictures with so we have awesome memories. With my grandma being in Florida and close to us, we will go and visit her a lot. We will end up going on boat rides spotting all the dolphins and seeing all the different birds. A couple of times a year we will go and see my grandpa in Indiana. I remember planning for this day for about two years. When I would finally get the chance to be with my best friends and take a road-trip to California to go to Disney Land, and now that the time to take that trip has come and gone I would like to talk about my most important journey.
