INTRODUCTION
This report is to explain the changes proposed in the case study Waikato. The construction company is well experience in their field and they are located in Hamilton. They are following a traditional work practice with 300 staffs in which 80% are in site and the rest in office. They have only a 700million turn over and not increasing. Company is not using much innovative and new technologies to attract new staffs and the working ones. So they are proposing to modernize their work practice and to impose new technologies like BIM. Also they are proposing to upgrade their communication system and the organization structure.by this the company could achieve a better result by keeping the experienced employees and hiring new members. A better leadership and management plan is introduced in the company. Moreover, adopting a better organization structure and updating the risk management would help to achieve this goals.
The plan to implement this changes in the company is by giving workshops and training to the employees and by upgrading the leadership and management techniques. A good leadership management strategy is to give vision, inspiration to the employee and to control the works. It provides help to set goals and to achieve them by the proper plan.
