On 2/11/2016, CM met with the client for Bi-Weekly ILP Review. Client appears to be cooperative and friendly. She was alert, satisfactorily groomed, and casually dressed. She was very loquacious.
Social Services Meeting: On 03/01/2017, Ms. Hawkins and her daughter Emoni met with her assigned Case Manager for the family ILP Document Review. Ms. Hawkins’ next ILP Document Review appointment is on 03/14/2017. Ms. Hawkins is in-compliance with the terms of her ILP. Ms. Hawkins was reminded that she is expected to attend all scheduled meetings with assigned Case Manager and failed to do it would considered non-compliance and warning will be issued. Ms. Hawkins stated that she is aware. Case Manager asked Ms. Hawkins if there are any issues or concerns that she will like to discuss, Ms. Hawkins stated no.
Social Service Meeting: On 02/28/2017 Ms. Williams met with her assigned Case Manager for the family weekly ILP Document Review. Ms. Williams’ next ILP Document Review appointment is on 02/07/2017. No issues or concerns were discuss during the meeting. Children were present at the time at the meeting.
Participation in any selected planning and program activities in order to help with observations will be required of all staff. (Yuen, Terao, 2003) There will be interviews required of staff and program participants, in addition to biannual questionnaires, in order to document fulfillment of the program procedures and any other concerns. Things we want versus things we need. People often forget what they really need in life like water, air, food, shelter, love and affection and most importantly a family. Most people think they need a nice car or they need a $600 phone or nice name brand clothes but really you don’t. They don’t need all the extra stuff all of those things are mainly what you want because that’s what you see everyone else with around school or work or just in general wearing. So it makes you want it because you see everyone else with it. You don’t need materialistic things to make you fill superior in society.
Chesty Puller was one of the best Marines in history because of his will power. He fought hard for our country and while doing this he helped us greatly in many wars. Every time he went out to serve our country he was at a risk of death. He risked his life so our lives could be better. Chesty Puller contributed to history by saving many people when serving our country and ended up as the most decorated Marine in history.
