Bullying goes against all of the basic ethical principles and concepts. A bully is someone who “lacks good intentions toward another; [it's] the breaking or violation of a presumptive contract, trust, or confidence that produces moral and psychological conflict within a relationship between individuals (P. 204)”. Bullying often causes “a complex situation that often involves an apparent mental conflict of moral imperatives (P. 205)”.
