Next to the car wash bay, we placed a small shaded place that we call it as our lounge for our customer to sit, wait and surf the internet.
The Wifi system that we placed in our lounge is for our customer that is on-the-go which means that they have work to do that needs am internet access. So, they can still do their work while waiting for their car to be washed. Our objective is to give full satisfactory service for our customer. Thus, this will meet our customer's expectation.

From our analysis, we realize that most car wash services doesn't provide a 100% satisfactory service to the customer. This is because most car wash services doesn't provide a clean wash. Besides that, sometimes the car will be scratched after the wash. So from our analysis, we will make sure that we would not want do same thing like other car wash services do. Our company will try to overcome those problems. We will ensure that their car will be completely clean and scratchless. If the car is not clean, we will give a free wash again. Besides that, if our customer is loyal to us, we will give a voucher card to them. After 10 times of visits, they will get a free wash.
