Business Essentials: Advanced Assignment 1: Case Study- Coffee Shop Jeevesh Goolab, Ashish Gupta Table of content Introduction Elma Flitz and Henry Smith are entrepreneurs, which mean they are people who are responsible for organising and managing enterprise, usually with initiative and risk (Sangram et al, 2005). After one year of researching and planning, in January 2015 they opened Flitz and Smith’s coffee shop in North London. To become more conspicuous, they decided to use coffee beans from the Fairtrade Growing Women in Coffee Foundation in Kenya. They also offer relaxing environment in Kenyan style, well trained staff and themed evenings. After 9 months, they decided to expand overseas and asked me, consultant, to carry out and write my research.
