Telephone conversation. A conversation that is held between 2 people that isn’t in person over a communication device. 2. face to face conversation. A conversation that is held between 2 or more people that is in the same room as one another. | Non-verbal communication | 1. Posture. This is the way in which someone holds their self, the way the stand etc. 2. Facial expression. This is the way someone’s face responds to an action or words. Discharging an inpatient at work…this would be done face to face.
