Intensity of competition is not going away. The gaming industry continues to have new players. Amazon continues to be the e-tailor leader, and eBay gives consumers a discounted choice. Marketing analysis is needed to understand if there is room for CanGo to grow or is the market saturated. Emerging startup companies with same desire as CanGo are offering consumer choice, expanding product offering, and completive pricing.
