The trap oxidizer development in Greece is one of many scientific research done to reduce vehicle emissions. The carbon dioxide capture using nanostructured membranes is also another way to check the vehicle emissions. In this method single gas separation experiments were carried out using silica modified membranes to study the behavior of individual gas permeation at different pressures and temperatures. 1. Working of nanostructures membranes in capturing CO2 emission. Design and fabrication of porous membranes comprises of many layers of different materials namely: Aluminium Oxide (Al2O3), Titanium Oxide (TiO2), Zirconium Oxide (ZrO2), Silicon Dioxide (SiO2), Silicon Carbide, Zeolite, or a mixture of two materials applied on an underlying porous stainless steel. The manner in which gas molecules flow is generally influenced by three factors: The gas properties, morphology of the membrane and the material used for membrane design. The technology is environment friendly, quite economical and efficient. It is applicable to all forms of CO2 removal from other gases. Nanotechnology is being greatly used in this method of carbon capture. Since 2003 vehicles have been built with on-board communications network protocol called CAN (Controlled Area Network).CANbus is basically a bridge between the different modules and how they communicate with each other via the serial data
