A rate change of 1 to 2 percent for an agency that sees thousands of people a year can

Guenthers early investigation in 1976 said it was out of line, unforgiving, and one-sided and that we rather have a Criminal Processing System. I for one concur with Guenther. As per Guenthers articulation, I will address the observations and generalizations, the politicization of wrongdoing, and the relationship between social, monetary, and political separation. Investigating the foundation of the day and age amid the 1960s, Wilson depicts the underclass as for the most part dark, unmarried ladies subject to welfare, and gatherings of socially separated individuals (Wilson, 1987). The police additionally were denying blacks the same equivalent citizenship as the whites. The National Counseling Commission of Common Issue was faulting the uproars for prejudice, saying, our country is moving toward two social orders, one dark, one white-partitioned and unequal. This paper will discuss the legal issues in Case Example B. In the case of Wilbur versus XYZ Counseling Agency, the legal issue involves Wilbur suing XYZ Counseling Agency for being beaten during a counseling session by Chuck, who is an anger management counselor for the company. The plaintiff Wilbur believes that XYZ Counseling Company should be held responsible for the behaviors of their employees. Why did Chuck become angry and beat up Wilbur? Did Chuck violate the intentional torts against person? If so, which tort did Chuck violate? Did Chuck owe a duty of care to Wilbur? If so, was there a break of the duty of care? Why did XYZ Counseling Company hire Chuck with his history of negligence? If XYZ Counseling Agency has a specific policy against violence, why wasn’t Chuck disciplined accordingly for violating company policy? Should XYZ Counseling Company be held responsible for an employee’s act of negligence? For these reasons, before a decision can be delivered, there are a number of questions that need to be answered by the plaintiff and the dependent

Today as soon as I came in I had already knew where to go. My routine is helping serve breakfast then to the first group session at 10 where we talked about mental health in which I showed Joe. He spoke about how medication in the past was mostly about shutting up clients versus really helping them. I really thought that this session was interested because I saw the truth in what he was saying because back in those days they did not engineer medication to help people but more like trying to keep them quiet. Joe also spoke about the psychoanalysis and I was really surprised to see how much the clients really knew about this. One specific client stood out the most because he spoke on the topic, it seem as if he was teaching us versus Joe teaching him. This specific client new so much and it turns out that he went to Lehman College. This was surprising to me because some of us are grown to think that people who are mentally ill come from no educational background and this is what I was expecting to see coming here at Gateway counseling center.

My clinical experience at Lewis Outpatient counseling Agency, provided me with exactly what I wanted, which was an opportunity to focus on utilizing and implementing the client-therapist relationship in order to enhance my therapeutic work and a chance to see how outpatient counseling could be delivered in a different setting. During the beginning, I found it challenging to get used to a new way of working, mostly given my relatively new caseload of mostly adolescent youths compared to my previous mental health positions, however the supportive counselling environment and excellent supervision gradually allowed me to feel more confident in what I was doing. I found I was able to adapt my existing skills appropriately, which, over time, made me realize how much I have learnt during my training and how helpful my knowledge can be to others.
One of the most telling things about rating me and the organization, for which I work, is five years ago the rating would have been much lower in all areas. My maturity as a person, along with a better understanding of how a community mental health organization works, has helped me understand the support structure of Carey Counseling Center. As a not for profit, we run a fine line in a lot of financial areas that other organizations do not have to contend with. Fortune 500 companies want to bring in as much capital as possible as their primary objective, where a community mental health must serve the common good while hoping to keep the lights on. Armed with this knowledge I will say Carey has a very informative training process, and have
Healthcare trends can be influenced by factors such as age, race, geographic region, and psychographic indicators. These trends affect the future costs and adequacy of the United States healthcare system (Williams & Torrens, 2008). Each factor can vary among the different aspects of each region and patient background, which affects the type of care sought out.
