Carrying guns has been a huge debate nowadays. There are many things to consider whether the allowance of it is good or bad. In my opinion, the allowance of guns can be useful but also harmful sometimes.
Allowance of guns control can protect children and families. There can be cases when a home invader breaks into your house, and if you are not allowed to carry a gun they can harm you and your family. Maybe you wouldn’t use the gun to kill him/her, but at least you would scare him/her and he/she would leave the house if it obvious that you are ready to protect your family.
On the other hand, there are other things to consider about this topic. The allowance of guns can be dangerous too. Allowance of carrying guns increases crime.
The army can be divided into two distinct parts: the legion and the auxiliary ( auxilia), with a
Gun control has raised various debates in the public policy for quite a long time. Gun control involves the banning of ownership of some or all types of firearms, waiting period and the so called ban on Saturday night specials. These gun control laws have not been useful in combating crimes as many studies conducted before and after the laws have shown no correlation. In most cases there are misconceptions like high death rates in children related to the gun associated accident and the effectiveness of these control laws in other countries which are false. Indeed gun ownership has contributed to significant decline in the crime rates and therefore gun laws should be changed to make it easier for Americans to purchase handguns, carry them
Is concealed carry bad? Is concealed carry dangerous? What about….. Let me stop you there. Concealed carry has such a bad reputation just because it is a handgun concealed from public view. That is what makes it so great, the fact that people cannot see it. It can make people question whether they want to mess with someone or a certain business. Concealed carry is also not handed out to everyone that applies. There are multiple stages of trying to acquire the license to allow this. One stage is a background check. The government checks to see if you have a history of mental illnesses, any arrests or runnings into the law, and more. It is also our right. There have been countless court cases on whether concealed carry is in the same place
Gun Control is a hot topic in the U.S. Politicians have been arguing about increasing and enforcing more Gun Control laws across the nation; however, America should not enact Gun Control laws. Enacting these laws will create more issues in America instead of solving the issue at hand. Guns are necessary for protection against tyranny and acts of violence. The total crime rate in America has gone down without the existence of Gun Control.
Did you know that approximately 90% of crimes could be stopped if there was a person with a concealed carry permit? All you have to do is confront the criminal and say I got a concealed weapon, another 5% all you have to do is draw your weapon and the crime is stopped. Now imagine if they open carried and had their gun could be seen, would there still be so many crimes? We need to stop blaming the guns and start blaming the people behind the guns. Guns can be used for good and bad it just depends on what the people using the guns decide to use it for.
The history of guns has long been embedded in our society and culture. Back in the old days, people used guns for the hunting of food. Most people in those days also would use guns as their main source of income as wells as for the protection of themselves from Indians, wild animals, and other enemies. There had less rules concerning the purchasing of guns and the handling of it. However, the times are really changing and the intents of civilians to do things are sometimes not for the better. According to the viewpoint essay “Stronger Gun Control Laws Will Save Lives” by Christine Watkins, Watkins states that there are “400,000 crimes committed every year,” and “the United States has the highest rate of firearm deaths (more than 30,000 each year) among twenty-five high-income nations.” Firearms are very dangerous, and having guns does not necessarily mean that it will protect a person from enemies. It is the government’s responsibility to protect its citizens, not the citizens themselves. There would be a reduction of gun-related deaths and incidents by having stricter gun regulations and performing more thorough background checks or gun owners.
. The United State has passed some laws concerning the ownership and use of gun, and more legislation is being considered. Most of this legislation retrain, to an extent, the rights of the people to own or use gun. Some of these constraint may be necessary, but presently some legislation is taking it too far. The community gain from the use guns in the hands of reasonable or responsible citizens. An attempt to stop the use or take away gun use from this community might not do well. As individuals in such community fight for the protection of its people.
In conclusion the government should not take are right to bear arm. We need guns to feel safer, self defiance and to feel like we our intimidating. Just because the government takes the gun control away dose not mean it will prevent mass shooting, friends and family giving them their gun, or even going to another state that will give them a gun. There are also less accidentals deaths. You can get gun education, you need screening, and also being raised up with guns has a good percentage of knowing how to handle a gun and have good education on it. Remember guns do not kill people, people kill
Nurses have an accountability to their patients to ensure provide the highest quality care possible; and to provide high quality care nurses need adequate resting; working long shifts, night shifts, and rotating shifts, or overtime, contributes to nurse fatigue, accidents, mistakes, and errors (Reed, 2013). Nurses have an obligation to avoid errors and to advocate for safe workplace environments that prevent patient harm.
Gun control has been a long debate to determine if it’s better to have stricter access to firearms. America is one of the few countries that has gun rights embedded in their constitution. But what makes the US exceptional is that it has the right to keep and bear arms, other countries do not provide the right to have access to them, but rather, the government is allowed to regulate its use. The right to bear arms has also been the cause of growing violence and crime, at least according to anti-gun lobbyists. Citizens should be aware the dangers and harm that guns present to society. Controlling the sale of firearms can greatly decrease the number of violent crimes.
Gun control in the United States should be abolished. Some people in the United States believe that gun control is necessary. However, it is clear that gun control is wrong and unconstitutional. Gun control directly violates the 2nd constitutionally amendment and should not be allowed. Allowing concealed guns not only brings in revenue for the government, but, it also keeps the public safe. Over 100 million people in the United States own guns solely for the purpose of self-defense. Those people deserve to be able to have and keep that right as a citizen of the United States. It is the right of the American people to make the choice on whether to own a gun or not. The positive effects that guns have on people outweigh the negative effects. However it should be noted that, all guns have the potential to be dangerous and should be handled with
Although guns have been used in the act of committing a lot of crime in the country, they have also been used to prevent a lot of crime and are one of the largest crime preventers. Many other countries in the past have put a ban on firearm weapons to try to prevent crime and other various reasons. It has been shown through research and studies that these countries who banned firearms have suffered from much more crime within their countries after the ban. This means that with control of guns comes no good effects on crime only increasing the amounts from before (CPRC). It has also been proved that where right-to-carry laws are permitted crime rates drop in numerous amounts. While support for strict gun-control laws usually bas been strongest in large cities, where crime rates are highest, that's precisely where right-to-carry laws have produced the largest drops in violent crimes(Lott). Gun prevention laws clearly do not stop crime but only contribute to more violence.
There is a difference between gun control and self protection. Self protection is one of the main reason people buy guns. But it can sometimes hurt the people around you. Like if you're keeping the gun in your house and you have children. They could somehow get a hold to it. Its important to keep it out of reach of children. Lots of killing is due to gun control. More than 30,000 are killed by firearms each year in this country. The average number of guns per owner has increased from 4.1 in 1994 to 6.9 in 2004. More than 10,000 are gun homicides. The right to bear arms according to the Second Amendment has been a big issue for many years in American
Gun Control is unnecessary due to the fact so many people get the idea that having less firearms equals less crime. The Idea of gun control needing to be expanded will lead to more harm than good in keeping people safe and reducing gun related crime and lower down crime rate in general. Gun Control is basically the Government’s and the political elite goal of taking guns to make the population less safe. Cities and nations with less firearm restrictions have lower crime rates opposed to cities like Chicago.
"I knew Inko was worried about the fact Izuku hadn't work her quirk yet but I am shocked she is fire proof," he told me. "Being fire proof is part of our families quirk," I told him he looked at me than to the sleeping boys. "I can't have kids, well it would be hard for me to have a child. Inko doesn't know I never told her." "So she left you with someone else's kid?
