This article is about the official bilingualism policy in Canada, including the history of development background, different influences on politics, economy and life. The aim of bilingualism policy is to realize the equality between French and English and has a bilingual federal government. After the implementation of bilingualism, the federal government has been most successful in extending public services in both languages, which is an important influence. In addition, federal government begun to subsidize the second-language education in public schools and developed many public services. Han existido numerosos intentos de estratificar de forma cuantificable -sobre todo en las Unidades de Cuidados Intensivos (UCI)- dicho problema, pero pocos de forma cualitativa y en las Unidades de Urgencias Hospitalarias. En este Trabajo Fin de Máster se ha diseñado un estudio dividido en cinco fases. En esta investigación hemos desarrollado la primera fase siguiendo una metodología cualitativa de tipo etnográfico. El objetivo principal, en dicha fase, será explorar la percepción de sobrecarga laboral que sufren los profesionales de enfermería de Urgencias Hospitalarias. Será unicéntrico y se ajustará a un diseño cualitativo con perspectiva etnográfica. La población diana estará formada por enfermera/os de urgencias hospitalarias de un hospital del Servicio Murciano de Salud. No se determina la muestra ya que se prevé utilizar un muestreo de conveniencia hasta la saturación de los datos. La técnica de recogida de datos será la observación-participante (participación-observación), realización de entrevistas semi-estructuradas en profundidad y, posteriormente, en el desarrollo de las fases restantes se ampliará a otros hospitales y también se crearán grupos de discusión con las enfermera/os de urgencias incluidos en este estudio. I admire the saying; we teach what we learn. From my elementary education program and classroom field experiences, I have learned that what might work for one student may not work for another. As a future educator, I believe it is essential to continue to fill my teacher toolbox with research, exploration, and application of new methods and approaches to find what best fits the needs of my students. If I discover an activity or strategy that has worked for me personally or has been scientifically proven to work, I am more open to implementing it
