This paper highlights the benefits accrued from adapting quality of work programs in the day to day activities of a particular organization based on a case study of a company known as Saturn Corporation. It is an American owned subsidiary company dealing with the manufacturer of automobile devices and other related products. From the period commencing 1984 to 1994, the company highlighted its unique and successful adaption of new approaches of organization relating to the automobile industry. Consequently, the company expanded its customer base both internally and globally. The new approaches of dealing with customers were quite effective both in the short term and in the long term. Additionally, the company was able to consolidate its dominance in the automobile industry due to ever-growing base of automobile clients. This case study will, alienate the efficiency of operation and increased levels of profitability because of inducting customer-focused HRM approach in pursuit of the main goals and objectives of a business organization (Armstrong, 2006). In studying the organizational structure and operating mechanisms incorporated in Saturn Corporation, the paper seeks to find solutions to the following three questions.
