Case Study of Jeffrey Dahmer Jeffrey Dahmer was born on May 21,1960 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He was an American Serial Killer responsible for the death of 17 males, both young and old. He is the only Serial Killer to appear in the Times Magazine, because of his unusual way of thinking, more specifically his experiments with his victims to create them into Sex Zombies.
