On August 17, 2016 at approximately 1100 hours, I met with Glenda Jackson in the lobby to speak with her regarding the incident (INC#16050332-1) she reported on August 8, 2016. Jackson stated that she wanted to add Roberta Golden's daughter, Donna Williams, as a suspect for the above incident. Jackson stated that during the disturbance, Williams called her by profane names and made threats to hurt her daughter, Sarah Jackson. Jackson did not have any other information for Williams. Jackson was advised of the complaint procedure. No notes were taking for this report.
I am writing on behalf of my client Ms Cindy Singleton. On the 24th of June 2016, my client was charged for uttering of a forged NHS prescription, stealing items worth the value of £8.50 and for behaving in a disorderly manner contrary to section 38(1) of the Criminal Justice and Licensing (Scotland) Act 2010.
She then made the following statements on why she thought someone had killed her father:
Inmate Brown could not give me a time line of the events, but the following is what he reported.
Rule: For the past forty years it has been the rule that liability belongs only to the
In the Johnson case, Mr. Johnson and his son, Sam went shopping and were falsely accused of stealing. They went to the mall and then directly to Target after the mall. After adding multiple items to the shopping cart, the previous items bought got mixed in with the items to be purchased. Upon leaving Target, Mr. Johnson was approached by a security guard who loudly accused Mr. Johnson of stealing. The security guard was loud enough for others to hear him. He also roughly pulled on Mr. Johnson’s arm telling him to go with the store manager or he would call the police. It took two hours for the store manager to prove Mr. Johnson did not steal the video game and the figurine.
The underlying issues in both cases are racial discrimination. For Cheryl Boulden in the affirmative action case the issue is being “an African American woman among the good ol’ boys in Indiana.” She was recruited because of race and her permanent handicap was seen as an asset for a diversity program lacking any. Yet these qualities made her a target of racism. Susan Finn’s ethnic discrimination presents a dilemma of how to deal with a contract physician’s abusive behavior “toward Hispanics and female staff as well as patients” (Reeves, 2006, p. 79). While the issues of racial and gender discrimination is not unusual, the failure of these agencies to address multiple complaints is.
First, I would like to congratulate Shania Jackson for endeavoring to open a Christian coffee shop as she would possibly be a part of a group of women-owed businesses across the United States that has added to the economy by expanding jobs, and generating 3 trillion dollars in revenue each year. Moreover, women-owned businesses were responsible for employing 6.4% of the working population of the U.S, equating to 7.6 million people employed in 2007 (Mee,2012). Unfortunately, women are less likely to use formal sources of acquiring capital to fund their businesses due to feeling disrespected by their financial institutions, and will obtain funding from their personal resources and network, and for this reason, Shania’s husband Marvin
Miss Jackson is planning on opening a coffeehouse in the Denver, Colorado area. Her plan is to use her Christian background and apply it towards her company. Despite the exciting new venture she’s willing to partake, her husband Marvin is not excited and shares no interest in partaking it the Coffee shops operations or management. Shania Jackson is considering organizing her business as a partnership, sole proprietorship, joint venture or an LLC. Shania is also contemplating on calling her business the gathering house. Prior to recommending what actions Shania should take, I will study and explore each of her possible business considerations and offer her Christian advice.
PER REPORTER: Jody’s mother called his neighbor to tell her to tell Jody that he needed to call the police because they were looking for him. He found out that they were looking for him because Ajiyia rode the bus to his house from school. When Chastity found out she went to the police station, and showed them papers stating that Jody does not have legal rights to their two children. Jody spoke with Lt. Prentiss Hentley and he told him about the papers that were brought in by Chastity. Jody then stated “why am I paying child support if I don’t have legal rights”. He also wants to know why he is paying child support if he has never had a blood test done. He is also concerned about his daughter and son. He stated that his daughter only has three
Esther Jackson’s symptoms lead me to believe that she is having a myocardial infarction. Her symptoms are similar to Jarvis’ elaboration, “Heaviness or pressure; poorly localized pain lasting 20-30 minutes to hours and does not resolve with rest. Generalized substernal or retrosternal pain with indigestion-like feeling, nausea and or vomiting” (2017, p. 493).
Brandi Johnson arrived for the group that was held on 8/16/16 at approximately 8:50 am. Brandi came to the group room and asked if she could still come in. Brandi stated that she left her house and was sleeping in her car because she was being bit by bed bugs. Brandi further stated, “I have been looking for housing but have not been successful. I slept in my car; my phone went dead so my alarm could not go off. I do not want to get kicked off the program because of the days that I have missed.” I told Brandi that she couldn’t enter group because she was late. I redirected Brandi to talk to Mike Turner on Monday morning.
In some cases, the judicial process extends far beyond the initial trial or hearing. Apparent final decisions may be answered with an appeal by the defeated party - though, in rare circumstances, the victor may instigate an appeal - if he or she feels the ruling was unjust. In the event of an appeal, the decision of the lower court will be carefully examined by a higher court, which will then choose to either overturn or reaffirm a ruling.

The external stakeholders are the community, patients, MedKey System members, CMS, HMOs (ie. Blue Cross Blue Shield and Tri-Care), and any other private insurances (Richards & Slovensky, 2004). Medicare reimbursement in Alabama was the lowest rate in the nation. This was a constant struggle for the hospital administrators to try to operate on such low reimbursements for their services, which is a threat. Eighty percent of patients were Medicare or Blue Cross in which there was difficulty-negotiating prices with Blue Cross due to monopoly. Buyers have high bargaining power as reimbursements rates are low from Medicare and Blue Cross held monopoly in the services area so negotiating prices was difficult. Suppliers have lower bargaining power due to low Medicare reimbursements and difficulty negotiating prices with Blue
