Porter’s five forces model has its benefits for the industry analysis. Porter’s five forces model is a useful methodology to analyze the external environment in which any industry operates. For instance, a clear analysis of the bargaining power of suppliers and passengers is necessary for a clear supply demand relationship in the market.
