We were able to serve them well through sessions and tours, as well as flexible offerings like individual appointments with a CNS Student Recruiter, classroom shadowing, and other requests. I also worked closely with the communications team this year – they would likely view me and CNS recruitment efforts as one of their primary customers. Christine and I have developed a great working relationship and a I spent a lot of time with her and her team making sure they understood the purpose, audience, and goal in marketing and communications for admissions and recruitment efforts. I feel confident CNS communications can provide the admissions MAC team what they need and be inline with proper tone and messaging for a high school audience and best practices within prospective student

Each facility had different goals, security levels, offender profiles and personal impact.
Campus is experiencing some "struggles" since the last Monitoring visit that took place six weeks ago. The facility stated that between April, May, June 2015 the overall resident admission and release number is between 210-250, with the average daily population number increasing. Two key pieces to his advice were, when you apply and go in for an interview to not hesitate to ask questions to the employer. That this is ultimately your career choice, and you need to make sure that it'll be a right fit for you. He also, and most notably stated, that you need to determine what area of communications you want to enter, but to also be open to other opportunities because those opportunities might take you somewhere unexpected but ultimately beneficial.

Keeping in line with Marietta College’s statement on Diversity and Inclusion, it is important to map out a plan to make sure we are living up to the mission of the college. In order to fulfill this mission, it is necessary to have students from diverse backgrounds represented on campus. However, having students on campus is only one aspect of D&I work. Understanding the make-up of the college and the surrounding city, it is necessary to ensure these students have the support to be retained through graduation. In this effort, I propose the creation of a three part program that will assist in this effort. This plan will involve
