On 11/14/2017 at about 0950 hours, I was dispatched to 125 East Regena Avenue apartment 203 building 1 in reference to a vandalism. Upon my arrival, I was met but the project manager Donald Rucker. Rucker stated he left the apartment complex at on 11/13/2017 at about 2100 hours. Rucker stated that the building was secured prior to his departure, however, when he returned on 11/14/2017 at about 0500 hours he discovered the front door to unit 203 was wide open. Rucker then stated when he entered the apartment he discovered that it had been vandalized. There were holes in the drywall($2,500.00) of the dining room.
