EC Killin is currently working on securing written approval from Base safety, PMO, the Fire Dept. and Traffic Control, in order to expedite a new parking request to FE. They are planning to use the current parking as a play area and will then paint parking spaces in the bus loop and the opposite side of the loop as well. Anticipated time of completion is during spring break. Work of this nature is typically a 30-day turn around, this is apparently due to FE's lengthy routing process. To expedite the process, FE has agreed to accept email showing concurrence. The Principal has met will all of the key players and have indicated that verbal approval was given. We have since requested written validation as well. So far, two approvers have

On May 3, 1980, in Fair Oaks, California, Candace’s daughter Cari was killed by a drunk driver. Cari was walking to a church carnival with a friend and at the same time, a drunk driver was coming down the road and killed her. She was hit from behind, thrown 125 feet, was so badly injured that her organs could not be donated, and Clarence Busch left her the road to die. He briefly passed out and drove off after Cari Lightner died. A repeat DWI offender committed the crime. Two days prior, the police released Clarence Busch on bail for a separate hit-and-run drunken driving crash. Killing Cari was his fifth offense in four years.
Will you please provide me with the status on Mary Ann Nowland 2016 Evaluation which was due in November. We initiated this request a month ago and Mary Ann Nowland is still waiting. We do understand that everyone is busy, however, 7 months should be ample amount of time to get this task done.
Students will park in the front parking lot only to allow for visitor parking. We encourage students to carpool or ride the bus because parking is extremely limited. We will have staff members directly student parking efforts, both in the morning and at lunch.

Ecton Inc. has innovated a new concept echocardiograph imaging system. This concept challenges the conventional use of imaging system which was dominated by HP, Acuston, and ATL. Ecton Inc. has made their product compact and mobile as compared to conventional imaging system which weighed more than the average NFL Linesman. Now that Ecton Inc. is in the final phase of the product development cycle they have two options. First is that Ecton Inc. should rollout the product. This will require considerable capital input and similar strengths in marketing, sales and production as they have in the engineering team. Second option which was also their original plan in the Phase 3 plan (March 1998) was to be acquired by an established Large company who already have the skills to market the product and have established distribution channels. This report focuses on Ecton’s market position, examines its future choices and offers a recommendation.
Parking as described seems to be an afterthought. As stated it should be masked from the sidewalk, and laid out in a manner that it can be converted to other uses. Mainly they discuss off street parking, masked parking garages, and back alleys that should be no more than 24 feet wide max to include utilities, back garages, and trash
There are currently only a handful of reserved spaces on campus, and the ground has yet to be broken for the construction of the parking deck. In fact, Winthrop University does not even have all the funds needed to build this parking deck. When I approached Jack Allen, of Campus Police, with my idea of reserved parking spaces, he told me that he thought it was a good idea. Walter Hardin, when given the same idea, seemed to think that the reserved parking system would not realistically work out but was open to the proposal.
