On December 16, 2017, at approximately 1311 hours, I responded to 2660 N Orange Blossom Trail; Lot 48 in reference to a disturbance. Upon my arrival I made my contact with Pablo Joshua Soto (victim/complainant) who advised the following via verbal and a sworn written statement:
Upon my arrival, I met with the complainant Mark Shipman. Mark Shipman told me on August 15, 2015, he was at his bosses residence located at 145 County Road 4839, Winnsboro, Texas 75494. Mark Shipman stated they were working on his bosses property when he observed one of the workers were not there with them, Wayne Beardon, suspect. Mark Shipman told me he went to go look for Wayne Beardon, Mark Shipman said when he was looking for him and observed him buy his vehicle. On 11/4/16, I, Account Manager Enmanuel Cabrera, was notified via email by Shift Supervisor Massiel Perez that Security Officer Bailey Forte no called no showed. S/O Forte is usually off on Fridays, but was scheduled in advance, 0200-0600, to cover the open post. S/S Perez made several attempts to call the officers from 1st shift to cover the open post, but was unsuccessful to get someone to come in. Also on 11/3, during the afternoon parking lot detail AVP1 was 1 flagger short, all vital positions where filled with the exception of the parking lot supervisor/rover. As well as on 11/4, morning parking lot detail was short 1 flagger. Daniel Canela no call no show for the AM parking lot detail. All vital positions in the parking lot were filled for the exception of the supervisor/rover position.
Upon arrival, I made contact with the White male complainant, identified as Ricky Nathan Baldridge. Baldridge advised me that he was involved in a physical altercation with his ex-boss in the front of the AutoZone parking lot on Ridge Road.
On 2/17/16 at approximately 8:30 P.M, Shift Supervisor (S/S) Enmanuel Cabrera was notified by Safety Specialist Matthew Marsicano that IH services associate Elizabeth Andrisoqie was asked to be removed by IH services Project Manager (P/M) Courtney Berger via cell phone. Upon arrival, S/S Cabrera spoke with IH services associate Elizabeth Andrisoqie and advised her that IHS P/M Berger asked for her removal. At this time, IH services associate Elizabeth Andrisoqie refused to leave. After, S/S Cabrera advised IH services associate Elizabeth Andrisoqie, that her refusal to leave the premises forces security to contact the State Police for trespassing. Then at 8:35 P.M, S/S Cabrera called GSCC and asked to speak with the On Call Loss Prevention
Mr. Stanley advised when he arrived at work at approximately 0700 hours on 11/03/2016, he observed a variety of criminal mischief at a new building (clubhouse) construction site. He observed red spray paint on the interior and exterior walls of the clubhouse structure. The floor area that was prepped to have the cement poured was destroyed. The floor area was driven over and the dirt dug up with the mini excavator that was on the site. The bobcat was moved and left in a different place. It was not
On 3/13/16 SO EMT Perez was notified that an engine had come on campus. SO EMT Cunningham responded along with SO EMT Perez and caught up with the engine by lakeside commons. The driver of the engine stated that he was responding for a lift assist to 3144/3146 apt 220 but that he wasn’t sure which one he was going too. SO EMT Cunningham and SO EMT Perez decided to respond to FR-220 first being that they were the engine came from gate 2 and they were closest to that building. SO EMT Perez and SO EMT Cunningham knocked and announce their presence at FR-220’s door and were both verbally invited in. The resident a Mrs. Helen Neff stated that she could not get out of her chair because it was stuck and needed help getting out of it. SO EMT Perez
On 5/8/16 Client Antionette Williams #239 got into a fight with a resident on Unit #206 Shaundenis Pagan mother, the client stated that Ms. Pagan started by know oh her door asking for cigarettes and then proceed to another resident unit and told that person that Ms. Williams was talking about her, that situation escalated leading into an argument between, Ms. Williams, Ms. Pagan and Ms. Chanel Grant. After the argument on the second floor, Ms Williams decides to go to the parking lot for a fresh air, while Ms. Pagan went into her room and put her sneakers provoking other the other residents, they all went outside the building at the same time, Ms. Pagan mother arrives to drop her granddaughter with Ms. Pagan, went they all starting to fight.
Once he and Mr. Montes arrived at City Yards, Claimant Gomez claimed he reported his right shoulder injury to Supervisor Roy Chavez and informed him that he was “going to call the nurse for precautionary measures.” Mr. Montes claimed he completed an incident report on the DOI: 10/22/2015 but never received authorization from Mr. Chavez to be seen at a medical clinic. I responded to Kersey Termite control in reference to a criminal mischief call. Upon arrival, I made contact with Terry Kersey. Kersey stated that his son(Max Kersey) came to the buisness Monday morning around 6:00 a.m and noticed that a window was busted out, a door knob knocked off and the window A/C unit was pushed through the window. Max also stated that his fillet kife was missing. The knife was loicated outside of the building. Max stated that there were a lot of valuable items inside, which made hoim think the offenders didn’t make entry to the room. Max also stated that there wasn’t anything damaged when he was there the day before.
Christian was dispatched to 491 Townsend Ave on a follow-up on the previous incident. I arrived at the location and spoke to Demawn L. Henry (keeper) who resided at the above stated location. Mr. Henry stated that his sister owned the two pit bulls that was involved in the incident. Due to the incident Mr. Henry sister picked the pit bulls up and took them with her. Mr. Henry was unsure what his sister did with the pit bulls. I asked to speak to Mr. Henry sister, he stated she was at work until 7pm. Mr. Henry was not taking ownership/responsibility of the pit bulls, stating that his sister just dropped the pit bulls off at his house without him knowing. I informed Mr. Henry that due to the pit bulls coming from his house that he is considered of the keeper of the pit bulls. Mr. Henry informed me that he was not, I asked Mr. Henry why didn't he contact FCACC to come pick up the pit bulls. Mr. Henry stated he was not aware the pit bulls was in or at his house. I asked to see Mr. Henry identification, he complied. I took a picture of Mr. Henry identification. I provided Mr. Henry with my contact information and request that he pass the information on to his sister to have her contact FCCACC to resolve the situation. This evening resident in unit 1115, Keenan Turner was doing a move out. Quin noticed a truck trying to enter but was well over the size to fit in driveway. Quin instructed resident that the truck was too big and would not be allowed to block the entrance gate. Residence stated that it would only be there to load two things and in 30 minutes it would be moved. He stated that guest can use exit gate or either just go around. Quin informed him that wasn’t his choice to make but Turner replied; fine him. When board members Morse and Oliver stepped in to try to assist with the removal of truck. The driver and resident began to argue and cause the problem to escalate more. Quin tried to talk to both drivers and residents in moving it but no luck.
On 6/2/16 at about 7:30 PM, RAD 1 associate Christopher Veizaga (veizaga) asked security if he would be able to leave out of the B building bypass with a large box. The box contained 17 TC-55 also known as dolphins. Shift Supervisor (S/S) Enmanuel Cabrera then asked Mr. Veizaga, why exactly did he have to remove the box out of the building? Mr. Veizage stated that it was a last minute shipment to another site and did not think that he needed to put an asset removal form because it is not product. S/S Cabrera quickly spoke with Operation Manager (O/M) Thomas Gerlach about the situation at hand. O/M Gerlach stated to let the gentlemen leave with the box but to just document the individual’s information and take pictures of the content of
