TAYLOR: HACIENDA ENCANTADA RESORT & SPA 4 from the role of external and internal OD practitioners may not be necessarily interchangeable with different business or organizations. It is in my belief that Hacienda Encantada Resort & Spa would be more easily acceptable to use internal Organization Development practitioners mainly as it relates to providing continuous learning opportunities. Yet, it is also my opinion that external OD practitioner such as technology would have a better chance at being effective within Hacienda Encatada Resort & Spa. Technological factors would affect the way Hacienda Encantada competes in the resort & spa industry. The introduction of bettered technological resolutions can permit businesses to diminish costs of operations, enhance the producing volume and quality. Also, Hacienda Encantada Resort & Spa should continue to use external OD practitioners by improving international relations by means of the tourism, transportation, education, and marketing across the nation.
