Case analysis STAGE 1 Issues * Failed to determine the best system to be implemented and everything was done in rush without proper strategic planning. * Too much involvement of consultant and relied on them caused the company a major issue as major part of decision making made by them, not by company. In other words, company did not involve much and didn’t properly reviewed or assessed consultants’ decisions. * None of them in the company going to be responsible for the mistakes they had done and instead of it, they keep blaiming each other. Nobody was really in charge of the project, so there was no one to take responsibility when things went wrong. * Ineffective communication channel. For example, employees in the company have blur image of information about the implementation of fully integrated system.
