The worker contacted Glendle Spears; who is the mother of Marshae Kinder. Mrs. Spears stated “I just saw the children yesterday. I came by to visit and the children were all happy and in good spirits. Marshae gets along well with her children and she loves them very much. Julie Gurnick is a broadcasting major at Point Park University from Jeannette, commuting an hour to campus each day. She was interested in Point Park University because it offered a good program in communications. Gurnick also holds an associates degree in business communications form Westmoreland County Community College. After graduating from Point Park University Gurnick aspires to become a sports caster. Gurnick is currently a free-lance employee for the Tribune Review as well as a dietary aid at St. Anne Home.
Colby’s K-18 baseball team took the early lead in both games during a double-header in Goodland on Monday, winning the first game 9-1 and second 7-4. The team is currently 12-6, and is coached by Brad Weese.
Shadale Gillespie is a Direct Care Provider for our agency since February 2015. Work is not conistant due to the amount of Respite hours authorized by the AZ DDD department for the child she services. The authorization avaialble hours have ran out and she has not been able to work with the child since July 9, 2017. Last paycheck on July 25, 2017 for gross amount of $400.00. Bi-monthly pay periods, rate of pay $10.00/hour on average of 10 to 20 hours per week when we have authrizations available to deliver services.
UCM:CPSW called Robyn Smith from Cedar Creek Community School once the release form was received. CPSW told Ms. Robyn that there is no legal documents indicating guardianship. The child is currently living with his grandparents due to mother being homeless and completing her referrals. Also, this worker called the previous CPSW from Anoka. This writer spoke with Elisa Becher from Anoka. She stated that there is no legal documentions indicating guardianship as well. The worker reported that Ms. Kress has legal custody of Glenn and grandparents are helping Ms. Kress until she founds a home and takes care of her mental health referrals. Goal 1-2
Food security case study analysis Donna Miller is an 83-year-old Caucasian woman and friend from church, living in South Western Sydney. She is retired and is living on her pension, with her accommodation provided by the Housing Commission. Donna is a lower-class citizen who lives alone in a small apartment in a low socioeconomic area. Despite this, public transport, recreational parks and local grocery stores are accessible and within walking distance (1). She lacks familial support as her family dwells in Queensland and suffers from mental health issues.
Latasha Willis, an intern at River Valley Area Agency on Aging, is currently at Troy University to obtain a Masters in Social Work (MSW).Latasha will be interning with the agency until July 2016 which is when she graduates with her Masters degree. She has earned her undergrad in Social Work (BSW) as well from Troy University in 2014. After graduating with her BSW, she worked with the Division of Family and Children Services as a CPS investigator in Butler, Ga. She also worked at the Division of Child Support Services as a Child Support Agent 2 in Columbus, Ga. She plans to continue working with seniors after her gained experience with interning at the agency.
Could you please assist me? My associate was reviewing appeal # APP-2018599 that was completed by Priscilla Wilkerson. She notice that all the claims checks were suppressed when they were not advised in the SOW to processed this way. In order for all 18 claims to be reprocessed, Danielle has been advised to redo the SOW. Since, this was not her error, I think that these claims need to be reprocessed again correctly by Priscilla or another claim analyst. Could you please review and advise? The worker asked Mrs. King if she had any concerns with Kathy Wise having custudy of Jeffery and mrs. king stated “honestly I with kathy just now getting sober from meth addiction I don’t think she is prepared to raise Jeffery nor do I yhink she fully understands what it means to be a parent and the pressure might cause her to relapse. Kathy has a good heart , but she was on meth for so long and hasny raised any of her other children shes lost rights to all of them. Her current husband is a recovering addict as well and they do have a history of domestic violence against each
Worker went for a home visit at the home of Terrance crenshaw. When the worker arrived and knocked the front door opened. 5 children came to the door to greet the worker. The children were Jermey's children Kingston and Jeremy and Amy's children jasmine, amyona and son of Amy's. Worker questioned if Terrance was home the children stated that he had gone to the store. The worker asked if the children stay at the home there was only two bedrooms. The children state that they sometimes stay there.

This paper examines the case study about Sarah Burke. A case study analysis form was completed and symptoms were identified. Identification of certain diagnostic criteria were interpreted and clarified for the exhibiting individual. Illumination of criteria for proposed diagnosis lead to the discussion which resolves the risk factors and clinical features associated with the diagnosis. Recognition of certain symptoms and criteria brought to light other possible comorbidities. Cumulative risk theory, as well as, the diathesis stress model were investigated for possible involvement in the Burke disorder development. Multidimensional factors related to the onset and maintenance of her symptoms are deliberated; as well as, how her culture played a role. In the end, a conclusion is given about suggested pre- and post- treatment, overall benefits of those treatments, and prognosis outlooks.
Tamika Johnson is a Family Preservation Worker that is currently seeing the Thomas Family. The Thomas’s have two children Melissa who is 15 years of age and Shane who is 14. Tamika is assigned in working with the family due to a report of Child Abuse. During the helping process Tamika learns that Shane is often truant from home and school causing verbal and physical altercation within the home.
The case of Kathryn Mc Neil deals with the issue of separation in the workplace regarding the nonperformance of a single mother whose work was suffering because of the tremendous additional burden of raising a child. The case was written in 1994 but in the intervening years significant decisions have been made by the law (in the US) protecting the rights of the single mother. The debate is no longer exclusively about professionalism versus corporate responsibility but the new phenomenon of a third gender in the workplace.
