Reasons for MIA to go to San Hagon
 Only a few buyers ever came over the dirt road to San Hagon to buy fish.  They could not transport the fish to the next village to cell it, because there was no refrigerated vehicle.  The only other alternative was to leave the village, migrate to larger cities and look for a job (only lowpaying, menial ones)
