Case Study : My Pet Food Company

The purpose of this paper is to introduce my pet food company, NuPure. The product in question is an all natural pet food that utilizes only the best non-gmo, organic, grain-free, and responsibly produced ingredients. NuPure’s goal is to provide the best nutrition for everyones animal counterparts in hopes that they can enjoy life with their owners so many years to come.

Based on the SWOT analysis, my company should start working on diversifying our product; such as expanding to pet treats. Further more, expanding to international markets while also working on ad campaigns and promotions so that we can compete in a market that is already saturated with other more well established companies (i.e. Iams or Purina). Another way that my company can compete with other brands is making sure that our product maintains the same trends as human foods. I would make sure that my pet food will be Non-GMO and Grain Free as people would be more apt purchase a brand that treats our beloved companions with the same respect as other food companies do with humans. My target market within Boston, Ma will be Bohemian Mix.
