If I was the principle of Metro High School I would use the four types of reinforcements to motivate the students to improve performance and attendance.* This change of policies would realisticly take place over long period of time with a good system of data collection and other types of control functions. It is also very important to have the parents of the children involve as much as possible.

High School is an incredibly important period of life. It influences your social, academic, and personal life for four years, and prepares you for college and a career. This is the reason County Prep High School is my school of choice. County Prep's thriving social environment, challenging academic curriculum, and wide variety of electives will help me successfully carry out my plans for the future.
Leaguetown Independent School District is currently facing a conflict of whether having later start times would perhaps help the improvement of academic performance of Leaguetown Middle School and high school students. Superintendent Judith Owens has proposed a new schedule that would set later start times. A group of Leaguetown Middle School parents has organized to oppose the proposal.

Greetings! As a rising 8th grade student at Sun Valley Middle School in Indian Trail, I would like to describe the problems I have continued to view within the school system and provide ideas on how to fix them. First, I feel the curriculum should be altered. One could observe that a rife of the knowledge we learn in school will either be forgotten entirely later in our lives, must be relearned as a result of how long ago it was taught, or most commonly, the knowledge rattles around in our heads and lacks use.Take for example, the formula for calculating electric current. The vast majority people will not find themselves needing to calculate the wattage of an electrical appliance unless they are an engineer or electrician. Even if you were to have a job in either of those positions, you certainly would not be
I believe Mrs. Kvalo has done a magnificent job as the principal of Portage High School. Mrs. Kvalo balances the complexities of the job with great easy and does so with the assistance of a strong support staff. She is always positive or upbeat in her interactions with others and never has a negative thing to say publicly about our school or community. Additionally, Mrs. Kvalo is a highly visible leader and her presence at all school events is important to students and staff. The principal is often the leader of these rituals and they reaffirm the values of the school through what they attend to (Deal & Peterson, 1994, p. 30).
I loved the approach taken by Ms. Barbara Gruener at Westwood Elementary located in Texas. In any number-step program, e.g. 5 step, 10 step, or 12 step, they always say that admitting to fault or acknowledging the problem is the first step. Barbara was fully aware of the daily struggles within Westwood’s community (“Character.org,” n.d.). To begin to solve the deep-rooted problem, she discreetly sought out help (“Character.org,” n.d). Since the faculty was divided, it was difficult to get them involved and create unity at the school. Westwood Elementary bases their learning on the concepts of performance character. I chose performance character because of the disruptive student behavior and the lack of sufficient grades held by each student. Barbara Gruener was determined to help each member of Westwood Elementary.
The Kilgore Board of Trustees at Kilgore College, according to the Kilgore College website, has specific powers and duties imposed by the state statutes including policy direction for the college. They also establish goals consistent with Kilgore Colleges’ role and mission, but overall they are to make wise decisions that will further benefit the facility they govern and the community they are in. And on Monday July 20, 2015 the board had practiced their powers in a public meeting, at the McLaurin Administration Building, on the Kilgore College campus. The meeting was primarily to discuss new executive orders regarding the Colleges’ budget. This included decisions over employment (employment cuts, retirement, and replacements), and facility
