Background of study
Dessert is a sweet foods and beverages , but may include coffee, cheeses…Dessert was largely defined as a sweet ending to the dinner meal but most of customer today, they’re eating dessert items any time a day due to easily accessible to reach , hand held and also sometimes used as meal replacement (Darren Tristano ,2013). Even they considered it as main meals because healthy and dessert don’t make them fat. The word dessert is most commonly used for this course in the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Ireland whilst "pudding" is more commonly used in the United Kingdom.

At present, the Company releases more than 100 dessert and beverage products , over 20 stores around town and the number of staff has grown to a big family. After You revenue is approximately 3-4% of the cafe industry (2014) and has the potential to grow in the future.
