Staff
Staff are the stakeholders because they work at the school and they give education to students. The staff wants a decent pay from the school for the amount of hours they work. They could conflict with Trinity because they might not have equal rights to some of the other staff. Staff can influence them by forming a strike to make sure they get equal rights. Trinity would have to change it by, changing the staff policy so that all the staffs have equal rights in the work environment.

According to Wayne County Community College District Board of Trustees Policy Manual (2015) it states, “Wayne County Community College District (WCCCD) clearly acknowledges collective bargaining agreements and other Federal, State, and other legal documents which affect the operations, mission, and goals of the community” (p. n.d.). WCCCD downtown campus has offices for the Wayne County Community College Federation of Teachers (AFT) and Wayne County Community College Professional & Administrative Staff (PAS). The positive impact this has made on the governance at WCCCD, is during a district wide conference last year, the members of the WCCCD Federation of Teachers, AFT Local 2000, and the Professional & Administrative Association, AFT Local 4467, rallied with students, parents and members of the community for a Solidarity Walk in Support of our Students (SOS), as they called on WCCCD to improve the educational state of affairs for the students (AFT Michigan, 2014, para. 1). This supports one of five of the Value Statements in the 2015- 2020 Strategic Plan, and it states “Being Accountable -We are accountable to the students who depend on us to provide them with a quality education, to the citizens who support us with their tax dollars, and to the businesses that depend on us to provide them with highly trained employees (Wayne County Community College Strategic Plan 2015-2020, 2015, p. 8).” Whereas, the Chancellor of the District and is responsible for implementing the

Temple University initiated to develop 35,000 seat football stadium with an estimated cost of $100 million in the campus area of Philadelphia (Clearing the Way for a Football Stadium. Philly.com). The objective of this stakeholder analysis paper is to identify the most powerful and influential stakeholders of Temple University stadium using three attributes - power, legitimacy and urgency. There are two divisions of stakeholders- Primary and Secondary Stakeholders. Southern New Hampshire University is a company and its product is producing competent students who will be ready for the working world. Management at Southern New Hampshire University starts with the Administration and their collective guidelines on everything from the teaching curriculum to practices and policies that keep the SNHU company running efficiently. Once the top level administration is content with the current business model those instructions are passed down to the "department heads" or deans of their respective vein of schooling. The local deans then hand the necessary information on down to the teachers. Every single link in the management chain is as important as the next. The teachers are expected to effectively teach the approved
Sauk Valley Community College should have a track and field team for several reasons. SVCC use to have a track and field team. Sadly, they dropped it in the nineteen seventies probably because of the expenses. Track and field is a very popular sport that many students might want to take part in middle and high school, or even at college level. Track isn’t a very expensive sport. It is one of the cheapest sports to participate in. Track and field is also very popular sport in colleges in the two hour radius from Sauk Valley Community College. Bringing track and field to Sauk will bring about 40-50 new students each year. Also, this will make Sauk become a better choice of colleges in the area, because of the distance.
I attended the Centennial Christian School to visit one of the student, Ashley, who is diagnosed with cerebral palsy. It was interesting to see Ashley’s care plan that was written by Chris Robberts that outlines care of her stoma, flushing of water every hour at school via feeding tube, administering mediation via feeding, and what to do when the student has a ‘blank stare’ or grand mal seizure.

Pinnacle Professional College became a public company in the 1990s before the dot.com bust. At the time, the college offered primarily technology and information management classes and certifications. Many of the students at Pinnacle were interested in fast-track technology classes that would fill perceived gaps, the backfilling of which would often be enough to get them to the next level in a start-up. The students were, by and large, entrepreneurial and highly skilled in select technical areas. Interest in BA completion coursework was nonexistent, liberal arts were laughed at, traditional college coursework was scorned, and money dot.com money was king.
The Wylie Independent School District, the Dallas Independent School District and the Mesquite School district all have in common the expectations for the appearance of their employees. In this project, you will imagine that you are a lawyer giving legal advice to a young entrepreneur who has sought your guidance as she builds her company. Her company will sell an app called BackOffice that automates certain business functions, such as sending out bills to customers and receiving payments for sales and services rendered. In order to turn the sales and servicing of her app into a viable business enterprise, the entrepreneur must learn those parts of the law that could play a significant role in the economic success of the enterprise. It is your job to advise her.
