These are just a bite of the total survey that the business group did at University of Santo Tomas, we tried online method via typeform and 2nd one is the personal survey.. Age is important, gender as well so that the business owners will be able to choose the age range of their primary target market. All questions in the survey is carefully asked and analyzed. Some questions are asked to gain the frequency rate, triers and users so that the business owners will be able to identify the market demand. The business owners use these questions to determine the Quality, Quantity, Delivery and Price expectations. It helped the owners to decide what is to be added to the product and what is not. For example, at first they decided to use melted, mozzarella and cheddar cheese but then after the survey Cheddar cheese only gathered 3.18 average out of 5, unlike mozzarella which is rated 4.13 and melted which is rated by 4.08.
