I admire your teams approach to addressing the departmental issue with reporting what would seem to be invalid data. I’m curious to know when the “voice” component came into play with this value conflict situation. I would assume that if this request was being submitted to your supervisor to be reviewed and “fixed”, that at some point there is a possibility that this request had been granted on a previous occasion. If this is the case than it really took some courage for someone to question the ethicalness of doing this. The current US policy is, marijuana is an illegal substance to grow, posses, and sell. For the first time in the United States history, a majority of Americans favor legalizing marijuana. Opponents of legalization argue that making marijuana use legal will lead to an increase in drug related societal problems.

I will discuss why ethics should be based on the administration and, why it should not be based on each individual worker in the administration. Most people do not understand what an administration deals with everyday on an individual basis. They might think that an administration is supposed to make the best ethical choices, but that is not the case. People who are outside the administration might think that administrators are supposed to use everyday values when implementing policy, but that is also not the case.
Bonia Corp Bhd plans to expand their business to overseas expansion, and targeting new markets like China, Thailand and the Philippines to decrease slower growth at home and Singapore. Bonis Corp Bhd also plans to facilitate new store openings in Indonesia, the market where it entered three years ago. Executive director Datuk Seri Daniel Chiang says that the group plans to open a total of about 10 to 15 stores for its financial year ending June 30, 2015 (FY15) for various brands that are under the Bonia stable. In FY14, the group opened 20 stores including 13 in Malaysia, two each in Singapore and Vietnam, and three in Indonesia.
