Counselor received a call from Deanna, Alyssa's mom apologizing for not contacting this counselor sooner. She stated she is a little upset as the doctor stated she would fax over the paperwork after their last appointment. Deanna stated she would call the doctor to see what's going on. She stated that if she can't get a hold of them, Alyssa has another appointment on 8/22 and she will be sure to physically get the paperwork and send it to this counselor. So I came in today but I was told you were in 2 half day surgeries and I didn’t not want to pull you away from that because that was already a handful and I did not want to bother you while you had such more important duties going on.
