Discussion: Ms.Shuler updated the team on Olivia's surgery: she stated that surgery was successful with no set backs. She reported that Olivia spent three days at the hospital and has a follow-up appointment next month. She informed the team that the insertion appeared infected and she took Olivia to her PCP, who prescribed synthomycin. Ms. Schuler stated that she has observed improvement with her speech and balance. Olivia was in good mood, engaging and respectful during the FTF. Olivia stated that she will be going back to school soon. Ms.Schuler said that Olivia will be cleared to normal activity after her follow-up.
Summer plans: Olivia will be participating in special Olympics.
