In the event that Kelly Steems is found guilty, he should be given three years in prison. Three years seems like an odd number to give, but a number of ideas should are taken into consideration that make three years a suitable punishment. Mr.Steems is being charged under sections 249(3) and 267 of the Criminal Code, which both carry maximum punishments of ten years. One of the objectives of sentencing is to deter the offender and others from committing offences. Although Drew Morrie was not seriously injured, Steems must be deterred from doing it again. Three years is not so long to be considered an unjust punishment, yet it is long enough to prevent him from doing it again. No one wants to spend three full years in prison. Additionally, he

Law enforcement in today’s time is known for discrimination and brutality. However, there are times when the police are known to even wrongfully arrest, try, and convict those who have not committed any crimes. Even though law enforcement and the legal system may seem like a secure and infallible entity/force, those that serve the justice system are not always serving justice. The case of Sean K. Ellis is a case of mistaken arrest. Ellis was arrested for the murder of a Boston police officer, convicted, and approximately served 22 years in prison for a crime that he did not commit. The topics of racial bias, credibility of witnesses, exclusion/lack of evidence, and police corruption, are the some of the factors that affected Ellis’s case.
A lot of fans thought this could be Terrence Williams, and Cole Beasley’s breakout year. Terrence was taking all the snaps at the number one receiver position while Dez was out in off-season working on his new contract deal with Cowboys. There were reports on how good Williams looked in that role, and how he could be poised to have a breakout year.
The straightforward case, State of Montana vs. Michael Curtis Soule, appeared to be Vehicular Homicide While Under the Influence. But costly mistakes that happened on the law enforcement end, ultimately altered the case into a complex situation of who done it. Such small errors like missing evidence and being caught up in the moment can change the outcome of any case to guilty or not guilty. In this particular case, investigators doubted their skills or second guessed evidence that could have been the game changer.

First of all Aisha should ask Stevie Kitlingers parents if they would be kind enough to show proof that his service dog has been certified. By doing this she can show the principal so he can understand that he has made a terrible mistake. By preventing the service dog to be with Stevie is putting his life in danger. Aisha should not accept the schools policy and do nothing. Like stated in the NAEYC principle P-3B1 says, “We shall all follow all programs policies. When we do not agree with program policies, we shall attempt to effect change through constructive action within the organization.” Aisha has all the right to speak up. She should not technically defy the schools policy but she should be able to talk to someone of higher management
The murder of Jeffrey Reynolds was a difficult case to solve. Detective Riley Cooper was the head of solving this case. She had been a forensics expert for 10 years. She was a very diligent worker and was able to successfully provide enough evidence to defend or prosecute anyone.
This recommendation is offered in strong support of Ciara Johnson’s application for the Johns Hopkins University Environmental Science and Policy program. I was Ciara’s field instructor as she pursued her MSW. As such, I have had extensive opportunity to assess Ciara’s research abilities, and believe that she is deserving of this exciting opportunity.
There were so many theories behind the murder case of Biggie Smalls and they never identified his killer. The rap star murder case as of today is still unsolved.

I turn on my heel to see Kelly and Roy. I'm surprised she still remembers me since the last time I saw her and that's when we're at Tori's bachelor party. Which was about two weeks ago and that's the first time we met. According to her and Roy, I dated Roy's seventh cousin, Larry for like three years and been close since then. Looks like Roy is the same liar he always
Financial ratios are great indicators to find a firm’s performance and financial situation. Most of the ratios are able to be calculated through the use of financial statements provided by the firm itself.
