Gauvin_MGT 326: Organization Theory Project I have chosen to use the company I work for, The Hartford, as the company I will be studying for the Project portion of this class. The Hartford is an Insurance/Financial Services company that was established in 1810 primarily as a Fire Insurance carrier.
