This paper examines the case study about Sarah Burke. A case study analysis form was completed and symptoms were identified. Identification of certain diagnostic criteria were interpreted and clarified for the exhibiting individual. Illumination of criteria for proposed diagnosis lead to the discussion which resolves the risk factors and clinical features associated with the diagnosis. Recognition of certain symptoms and criteria brought to light other possible comorbidities. Cumulative risk theory, as well as, the diathesis stress model were investigated for possible involvement in the Burke disorder development. Multidimensional factors related to the onset and maintenance of her symptoms are deliberated; as well as, how her culture played a role. In the end, a conclusion is given about suggested pre- and post- treatment, overall benefits of those treatments, and prognosis outlooks.
An “audit failure” is a situation in which a professional auditor fails to detect a material error in the financial statements of the company they are auditing. The audit failure in the situation of Rita Crundwell the failure was exacerbated by the fact that the auditors continually signed off on the misstated statements for years. Spoke to Stacy Anderson (DOB 10/24/77) who stated that her daughter’s father, Sandro Carpao (5/17/78) , refused to give her daughter this morning. Anderson had a copy of court order stating that her daughter’s father gets her daughter from Thursday to Friday Morning there was no time listed on the order. Spoke Carpao who stated that he planed to visit his family in 3 Even Ave Hightstown NJ with his daughter and that he wanted her until 1600 hrs today. During the summer of 2016 Bianca Spence was fed up with the heightened fever of the subway carts on the 2nd line of Bloor and Danforth because the air conditioners were broken and needed repairs, but since John Tory and the city council had requested that all city agencies and departments including the TTC to cut their budgets by 2.6 percent by next year they couldn’t afford speedy repairs for the subway carts. That caused Bianca to take actions into her own hands so she challenged Tory to ride the carts with her in hopes that he may reconsider the budget decisions as well are raise awareness on the subject because she contacted the mayor of Toronto.

During that time the child was in the care of Jill (paternal grandmother). Jill nor Jessica could be around the child during the investigation. When I observed Kathy Shaw she was having a conversation with an inmate about what his plan was going to be when he got out of jail, I noticed a few skills that she used to engage him. the first skill was she contextualized the situation. Contextualized is viewing the client’s problem from a society or community perspective to skew clients away from blaming themselves (Birkenmaier & Weger, 2017). The way Kathy used this skill is by asking questions about his environment that he lived in and the kind of people he would hang around. Once she got those answers she worked in the idea to the inmate about how it could be the community that he is in that helped his addiction to drugs. The case of Kathryn Mc Neil deals with the issue of separation in the workplace regarding the nonperformance of a single mother whose work was suffering because of the tremendous additional burden of raising a child.
