UCM:CPSW called Robyn Smith from Cedar Creek Community School once the release form was received. CPSW told Ms. Robyn that there is no legal documents indicating guardianship. The child is currently living with his grandparents due to mother being homeless and completing her referrals. Also, this worker called the previous CPSW from Anoka. This writer spoke with Elisa Becher from Anoka. She stated that there is no legal documentions indicating guardianship as well. Julie Gurnick is a broadcasting major at Point Park University from Jeannette, commuting an hour to campus each day. She was interested in Point Park University because it offered a good program in communications. Gurnick also holds an associates degree in business communications form Westmoreland County Community College. After graduating from Point Park University Gurnick aspires to become a sports caster. Gurnick is currently a free-lance employee for the Tribune Review as well as a dietary aid at St. Anne Home.
R/s Ms. Brenda Gasque is in a wheel chair, she is paralyzed from the waist down due to her having meningitis years ago. R/s Ms. Gasque suffers from high blood pressure, COPD, Congestive heart failure, and stage 2 pressure ulcer. R/s Ms. Gasque’s COPD is very severe she has to use a nebulizer. R/s Ms. Gasque wears a diaper and she has a suprapubic catheter. R/s Ms. Gasque needs assistance going to the bathroom and bathing. R/s Ms. Gasque can feed herself and she can use her hands. R/s it was reported that Ms. Gasque is being abused physically and verbally by her children. R/s Ms. Gasque is never happy because she lives at several different places with her children.
Spoke to Stacy Anderson (DOB 10/24/77) who stated that her daughter’s father, Sandro Carpao (5/17/78) , refused to give her daughter this morning. Anderson had a copy of court order stating that her daughter’s father gets her daughter from Thursday to Friday Morning there was no time listed on the order. Spoke Carpao who stated that he planed to visit his family in 3 Even Ave Hightstown NJ with his daughter and that he wanted her until 1600 hrs today. Anderson and Carpao came to an agreement to do custody exchange at that location in Hightstown at 1500 hrs today. During the summer of 2016 Bianca Spence was fed up with the heightened fever of the subway carts on the 2nd line of Bloor and Danforth because the air conditioners were broken and needed repairs, but since John Tory and the city council had requested that all city agencies and departments including the TTC to cut their budgets by 2.6 percent by next year they couldn’t afford speedy repairs for the subway carts. That caused Bianca to take actions into her own hands so she challenged Tory to ride the carts with her in hopes that he may reconsider the budget decisions as well are raise awareness on the subject because she contacted the mayor of Toronto.
Miranda and Josh Cosgrove were having trouble conceiving a child, so they turned to in vitro. They were able to conceive a daughter with in vitro. When they decided they wanted to have another child, they turned to in vitro. The treatment was successful, and they were told that they were having twins. However, a few days later, they were told that they were having quadruplets.
Tiffany Rascon grew up in Gilbert, Arizona and is currently studying at the W.P Carey School of Business for her Economics major. Her decision to come to Arizona State University is credited to the fact that her older sister and brother both came to Arizona State University as well. Rachel Fried grew up in Fredericksburg, VA, and moved to New Orleans in 2011 to attain her Bachelors of Public Health in three years. A couple of culture-specific protective factors that may have helped Andrea cope with the racism that she faced church attendance, community involvement, and family. Church attendance would have helped Andrea by helping her recognize that racism exist and helping her forgive. If Andrea isn’t religious, her community might also have helped her cope with the racism she faced. She could've created a support group with other individuals that have also faced racism. Her family could of helped her with social support such as caring, love and affection.

Per Reporter: The daycare previously reported that the child had a black eye, which prompted to CPS to be involved with the family. During that time the child was in the care of Jill (paternal grandmother). Jill nor Jessica could be around the child during the investigation. Jill reported that Jessica lived in a “dope house” during that time. The child was placed with Kelly (paternal great aunt).
