I wanted to thank you again for allowing me to be a part of the HBCU Pride Summer Institute. The experience was enjoyable and enlightening. Since this experience, I have seriously questioned my career goals and direction. In fact, I really miss our quarterly self-assessments. They really provided a roadmap for growth. I also love working with Gina. She is awesome. I feel inspired, just as I did with Dr. Gamble, to stretch myself and knowledge base. I want to do more.
The next big milestone in soccer for me was when I was a freshman in high school. I went to Troy High and didn 't think I was good enough to play high school soccer. If it wasn’t for my best friend’s dad, I really wouldn 't have played. He told me that I would regret not playing and that I had a lot of potential. I decided to try out with my three best friends and we all ran and did exhausting fitness exercises for weeks during tryouts. First, we’d have to do five laps around the track. In the beginning of the season, those five laps are a killer. By the end of the second one, I am usually out of breath. After that, we’d get into groups and do stations, like jumping over bars or doing sit-ups and push-ups, basically anything to get us into shape. The third part of practice was sprinting. I like sprints because I am way better at running faster for one-hundred yards, than doing a long distance run. The next part of tryouts were the best, all the girls would get put into two teams and we’d just scrimmage so he could see our real soccer skills. Coach Haviland, who was the varsity coach, decided teams after the tough two weeks. He said I had a little maturing to do on the field and that I will be on varsity in no time. I was shocked! I didn 't even think he was considering me. I had a lot of fun with the Junior Varsity team and made lots of friends. By
I appreciate an opportunity you provided for me to observe and analyze a production process at your studio. I would like to share with you my observations and recommendations.
I wanted to touch base with you all and thank you for your time and participation in our early intervention program. Overall, I think it has been a positive and appreciated service to our customers.
I would like to thank for coming and visiting our AVID class. To go up and become a Miss San Joaquin is just really mind-bogglingly crazy! I have so much respect to you. I wouldn’t have the guts just to do any of the things that you’ve mentioned in class. I really admire you for that. To have the guts of steel to do something that might not even work out is just crazy. I also have lots of gratitude for you coming and seeing us even though you were scared to speak in front of us.
First, I would like to thank you for your participation in our effort to spread technology in under privileged areas. Your involvement is greatly appreciated, and is a big blessing to our organization. I hope this partnership builds further success in both our organizations, and in the community, we serve. People like you, are the reason why advancement is possible, and self-development is possible.
Thank you for your gracious time today to talk about the new Aquatics Director position at YMCA Lecanto. We appreciate all the work Mr. Nicholas Dunn’s did at the Lecanto YMCA and we wish him much success at the Spring Hill YMCA as their new branch manager.
GD: Your program had another successful season. Two Mother Lode League championships and two section titles is just about as good as it gets. Have you been able to sit back and reflect on the quality
I have been lucky to have great mentors, family, and friends in my life and I would like them to know that I appreciate their guidance. I would not have been selected if it were not for their support, so thank
On 2/17/16 at approximately 1550 hours, I responded to 820 South Main Street (South Park Community Center) in reference to a black male wearing a red hat, red shirt and black pants, seen with a handgun.
I apologize for the late response. Thank you for your kind words I truly appreciate them! I have learned so much in so little time and I am excited to see what is in store to learn in the future! This is a wonderful opportunity for me and I thank you for giving me the chance to achieve success for your business!
My resume will show a proven ability to recruit players at every level of soccer in the United States. I have a history of successfully recruiting players nationally and internationally therefor, my contacts within the game are extensive. The recruiting process is one I enjoy, furthermore; the challenge of competing against like programs for talented student /athletes is a challenge I thrive on.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your visit at Hartnell and an excellent presentation. It was exiting to hear that you yourself are a Monterey county native and how far you've come with your journey. I enjoyed how you discussed that the road to follow might not always be a straight one but may come with curbs and turns. I'll keep that in mind during my academia and career.
I also want to take a moment to thank the audience for being here today. You 're giving me your two most important commodities - your time and your attention. I honer that and thank you for it.
Power relates to influence because in order for a person to be in a position where they have power, others must be dependent on them for one thing or another. The greater the subjects depend on the person, the more power a person has. When one is then in a position of power, they can influence others who are dependent on them in order for the needs of the dependent subjects to be satisfied. Influence cannot be exerted over people who are not dependent on the person, thus leaving that person without power.
