The identification and understanding of an individual’s role and that of the other team member’s roles is crucial as is the recognition of how the different roles complement each other and work together.
In my role I have certain responsibilities regarding the relationship with other members of the training team and also do all correspondence with other outside agencies that are with our evaluating area such as keeping all internal evaluations are kept up to date with the current policies and keep are lessons up to date and accurate. In my current position my role varies from getting involved with fraud investigations and analysing large amounts of data to chasing implementation of the audit recommendations issued by our auditors. My other duties include general office management and IT support, IT issues resolution for the whole team and any ad hoc duties the officers might need my help with. I monitor and process all of the invoices for the audit and anti-fraud division and my statistics for the invoices paid on time has been at 100% since I took over this role. I also support the Head of Internal Audit and the Head of Fraud.
The Team Member’s role is to successfully perform the tasks they are assigned to and to finish up their task with full responsibility and to updates the project manager of the happenings.
Roles and responsibilities – It is possible that during the project development some staff may have difficulty in defining their roles within the team or were not part of the role development process that takes place during the forming stage of Tuckman’s team development model. It is also likely within the project team to have duplication of roles/function, even though Belbin’s Team roles model may have been used. My main responsibilities is to collect post, deliver internal mail, open post to be distributed, sort out junk mail to be shredded, photocopying legal documents for the solicitors, cleaning the work area, collecting post from reception or our other site. Because our team only had seven members, not every role could be performed. As a matter of fact, some of us had to play two roles or three or more occasionally. According to Adair (1986), no matter which role who performs, individual contributions can be seen. Overall strengths of team and areas of weakness have been embodied in group work adequately. Unfortunately, due to less group members, 4 roles described by Belbin such as resource investigator, co-ordinator, implementer and completer finisher have not been well reflected.

Personal role is to contact all the members of organization as instructors, coaches and supervisors; provide them the schedule for all events; and for a series of tournament.
In some of the other activities, I was working as a member however, I have to take control of the situation as I built a general understanding of the group work and do take leadership role in the group whenever required. (Belbin, 2010, pp 65)(Henny, 2008, pp501)
Some of the specific tasks that I have performed include monitoring the negative air in the building. This includes changing filters, moving the negative air machines around the space strategically, and ensuring that all subs knew the consequences from an action while in the occupied space. I was in charge of creating daily reports for my floor. This includes manpower, activities and general notes from all the subs. After writing them up, I would then put them into CMiC to properly log them. I also kept track of the procurement log. I would update this weekly, if not daily for material we needed immediately.
I personally think I took on the roles of co-ordinator, team leader, monitor-evaluator and completer (Hartly, 2010 p.6), for example, I was the first to comment on the wiki and continue with the groups week to week activities to keep the group moving forward. I also kept the wiki up to date, while also making sure everyone was on task with the assessment. Even though it was a long drawn out process, I tried to get everyone collaborating on the group wiki provided and also took the lead to keep in contact with our eLA about the progress of a team, due to complications with team members not showing or disappearing through the
