Simmons case study describes the leading change that took place at Simmons mattress firm. The study explains how effectively the individual change can bring about the organizational change. It also mentions the way the company managed the change. The management has realized the significance of investing in their staff and supporting them to bring about the change. The core values of the company along with the Great Game of Life Program (GGOL) were the guide that helped them achieve the goals of the company. The study also emphasizes the role of a strong leadership in successfully implementing a positive disruptive change in the organization.
