Case Study: Sky School

I firmly believe that education is at the base of success. I wanted to pursue a master 's degree in the nonprofit field because I wanted to fully grasp and understand the sector so that I could contribute to its success. As I began to research advanced degrees that revolved around the nonprofit sector I was pleasantly surprised to learn that Bay Path University had a nonprofit management and philanthropy program.

Devin McCraney and Sharika Allison were the District Finance officers and Controllers for the BISD school district. They were caught for committing fraudulent and illegal activities from 2010 to 2014. This started after Devin was promoted as the Director of Finance and Allison was promoted to Controller as she worked directly under him. In 2012, they took advantage of fraudulent behavior because they had access to all of the finances in balancing checks and wiring transfers.

Last year, at Kingsland High School’s Graduation Ceremony, Josie Hinze not only receiveed her High School Diploma, but also her Associates of Arts Degree before even attending any college or university. Fast-forward to one year later, and seven Kingsland students will be graduating high school with both their High School Diploma and AA Degree thanks to the collaboration of Riverland Community College and Kingsland High School for allowing high school students to take college-level courses in high school and receive college credit for them. Tropic Isles Elementary is a Title I school located in North Fort Myers, Florida. There are currently 898 students enrolled in the school. The demographics consist of 58% Caucasian, 29% Hispanic, 7% African American, and 2% Asian. The median income of North Fort Myers is $40,356.00 (LCS, 2015). The school has received an A plus rating from the state for the last four years for performance on the Florida Standards Assessment (FSA).

The Kilgore Board of Trustees at Kilgore College, according to the Kilgore College website, has specific powers and duties imposed by the state statutes including policy direction for the college. They also establish goals consistent with Kilgore Colleges’ role and mission, but overall they are to make wise decisions that will further benefit the facility they govern and the community they are in. Attached is a sufficient evidence (an agreement with Dr. Ray Brreges Methologists) for my preparation and requesting to take the exam. He as a professor has worked with me from February 15 up to now during (2 month in 10 sessions). He has worked with me for research and some other parts of exam.

The participants selected for this study will consist of both male and females 18 years or older. Specific ethic background is not a criterion in participant selection, therefore will not play a role in participant recruitment. Only individuals who have worked in or with the informal class reassignment program at Carmack Elementary will be selected to participate in this study. Carmack Elementary is a public elementary school, which is part of the San Bernardino City Unified School District. The San Bernardino City Unified School District is identified as a large public school district and is located within Southern California. Participants selected for this study will consist of special education teachers and special education school personnel.

The reporting party (RP) stated that resident Humberto Reis DOB: 3/23/01 DOP: 12/23/15 SCHOOL: Redlands High School disclosed while a staff member's cousin (name unknown) was visiting the staff member the cousin provided the resident with the drug "ecstasy." According to the RP the resident informed the owner of the facility named Sara who informed the resident not to report the incident to his social worker or anyone. According to Lithonia Middle School, the district spending per student is increasing significantly each year, due to the amount of programs each student needs in order to succeed. The chart below shows the increase on the amount of funds being spent on a child per year:

I am a student here at Oxford Middle school and I feel that it is important to inform you that our school should have a wider variety of electives. Oxford Middle school is a perfectly fine school, but many of the students seem to not be able to focus in class. My belief is that kids aren’t doing what they find as fun with the school day they have now. I think that our school should give more elective choices so that kids won't be as board in school.
