A person who inspires me is Alex Smith. Alex Smith was the former quarterback for the 49ers. In one game he got hit hard and went down with a concussion. He lost his starting job and got traded. He inspired me that even if you get knocked down to just get back up.
No individual had the same family background and early experiences in their lives. Each individual also had their own personalities. Chris McCandless was a young and successful college graduate with a job and had money. Oddly, he decided to disappear in response to his father’s misjudgment, giving away his money and overall, became homeless. McCandless could no longer
Growing up I have always been surrounded and guided by numerous impactful men who sought out to inspire and encourage me to reach my full potential. These men are committed to dedicating time and effort back into the community. Their continuous strive towards success and empowerment has inspired me tremendously. In fact,
Inspiration can be found in anything or anyone. Someone who you look up to that makes you want to follow in their footsteps, is an inspiration. Something that gives you an idea to do something great is an inspiration. Mrs. Patton, my Java teacher, is inspirational to me because she challenges herself, works through problems, and always has a good attitude, as well as a smile on her face, which inspires me to be a computer programmer.
The person that inspires me is my teachers, I'm inspired by many of my 6th grade teachers like my math teacher, my science teacher, etc. My parents and my teachers help me so much through my problems, and such good rule models. Hopefully, I can be like them when I grow up, so I can be an inspiration to someone else one day.
The more I observe, the more I understand who I am. I come from a small town in a very cold part of the world, where very few exciting events occur. This means, I have to work extra hard to become an artist. I remember having my neighbor say, “You aren’t an artist until I buy a painting from you,” and she did. I never wanted the money, but I did enjoy the satisfaction of knowing that what I create makes others happy. So many people in town encourage me and support me with my dreams, and all I do in return is help them back in return. When people need a little sunshine on gray, winter days, I am there to lend them my happiness. That is why I am able to succeed. When failure strikes his wrath upon me, I learn from the mistakes rather be held back –being optimistic allows me to grow much quicker than if I were to be
Chris McCandless left his secure life behind to pursue his dreams to live out in the wild. He left behind his education, his family, his possessions, and even his own identity. Many people have done similar things to what Chris did but one of the differences was that Chris was prepared. Although Chris did not make it out of the Alaskan wilderness alive, he survived 116 days in the wild with little supplies and aid and over two years in the South without money. Because of his education and knowledge Chris was more than prepared on his journey into the wild.
Most people would guess that a young teen like myself would be influenced the most by the hippest artist of today, the latest movie star, or maybe the team who designed the latest iPhone. Though they are very inspiring, I have been
To be inspired is the process of being mentally stimulated to do or feel something, especially to do something creative. There are many inspiring people in the world, but do they all work for their dreams? So many people get credit for things that are just handed to them, unlike Carli Lloyd. Carli was born on July 16, 1982 in Delran, New Jersey. Little did her parents know that their daughter would be the best women soccer player in the world by 2013. Followed with the downfalls of her career, Lloyd made huge accomplishments towards her goal of being on the U.S. Women's National Team. Along with soccer, Carli wrote the book When Nobody was Watching which inspired millions of athletes, including myself. This book is about everything that Carli
Everyone has encountered an individual in their life that had greatly affected and influenced them to be the person they are today. Some will find it is through direct family members, friends, or perhaps even celebrities. For me, that individual is a musician and poet named Alex Turner. He has influenced me in a number of ways including; inspiring me to take writing seriously, introducing me to new literature, and teaching me the art of thinking before speaking.
What's the first person you think of when you hear the word inspiration? Why does that person come to mind?Tyler Oakley comes to my mind.Tyler Oakley is ….He is also known as the “Queen of Youtube.”He was born in Detroit Michigan March 22,1989.Tyler also works with The Trevor Project (The Trevor Project is a nonprofit organization that helps prevent suicide among LGBTQ+ youth )
Chris McCandless enjoyed life, he enjoyed going on that long journey he had. Everything he faced didn't make him want to give up, instead, he kept going and didn't want to stop. He knew what he was facing when he went into the wild, all the risk, the loneliness and
“When the cat’s away, the mice shall play.” The person that inspired my life is Caleb Wells. I looked up to him, metaphorically and literally. He taught me to be adventurous, to be a leader, and to be creative. Out of all the people I have met, he has left an impression in my life, even if he was just a babysitter.
An inspirational person isn’t necessarily someone that just “makes you want to do or create something.” It’s a person that you look up to. We often mimic what our inspiration does. We want to be just like them. You see your inspiration and you think to yourself, “How can I be more like them?”; you are constantly thriving to do things how they do it. This person may often take risks or leaps of faith. You observe them, watch them do whatever it is, and it encourages you to want to do that thing as well. These inspirational people often give you helpful hints in how to go about life by sharing personal experiences, making them very relatable. Often times a mentor can also be an inspiration, but your inspirational person isn’t always a mentor.
Christopher Mccandless left everything he had to follow his dream. Honestly though what strikes me as the most important thing he did was his strive for independence. Chris wanted to be free of his family, his education, and free of his past life. What he did that makes me wish I could be more like him though was his courage to not only attempt to be independent but his stubbornness to see it through. When he decided he wanted to do something it wasn’t a question of how should I do this or should I do this, It was what can I do to make this happen now? Instead of keeping his money and his name, he donned a new name and burned his money. Many would call this immoral and stupid, but in actuality it was just a step in the process of becoming a new person and shedding all the layers of his past life.
