His structure eliminates bureaucracy and hierarchy that stifle creativity and adaptation. In addition, employees enjoy being part of an empowered team instead of departments
A disadvantage to employees would be those with a background such as a mechanistic model, which consists of having supervisors helping you find their way around the workplace. With Gores structure, everyone’s like a supervisor, so those who are not used to this type of structure must take some time to adjust

First of all if you want to extent this kind of management to other company is primordial to know the real values of the company. The behavior’s company has been following during last year’s. And they have to ask themselves a question; and the question is if this culture has involved the people and if this culture promotes a spirit of cooperation. A common mistake is that companies promote values that don’t follow.
Another point is the leadership model, is really important the motivation of the leaders. Their task will consist in that the rest of the company succeeds. They must give up power and control to make way for a process that may seem chaotic, but it is the best way to have different perspectives and joint teams to make decisions.

In the early 1900’s, some of the first ideas were thrown together to allow an organization to flourish in the upcoming modern era. The first theories were known as scientific and classical management, which focused on three separate theories from Frederick Taylor, Henri Fayol, and Max Weber. The three theories have similar ideology in the fact that organization is driven by management authority, employees only source of motivation is money, and organizations are machinelike with employees making up the parts of the machine (Papa, Daniels, & Spiker, 2008). In the Prophecy Fulfilled case study, Mary Ann (senior auditor) takes on a management role with subordinates similar to that of Weber’s Bureaucratic Theory (Daniels 1987, pp. 77-78).
