Everyone has a call from God to carry out a vocation that contributes to the betterment of society. Discerning this call, then fulfilling it, is living a meaningful life.

In Christianity, the purpose of this life is to better your relationship with God and to know Him better. This is also proven in Job 22:21 that if you align yourself with God and are in harmony with that relationship that you will receive good things in this world.

Jesus said, “If your leaders say to you, Look, the (Father’s) kingdom is in the sky, then the birds of the sky will precede you. If they say to you, It is in the sea, then the fish will precede you. Rather, the (Father’s) kingdom is within you and it is outside you. When you know yourselves, then you will be known, and you will understand that you are children of the living Father. But if you do not know yourselves, then you live in poverty, and you are the poverty”.

Some general beliefs of the Catholics are that they believe God created everything, also that Jesus is the Son of the God and he is the Messiah. They believe that Mary is the Mother and that she remained a virgin. They believe that Jesus Christ founded the Church. They believe that life is everlasting. They believe that baptism is to give you life to the Holy Spirit. They use crucifixes and rosary beads.

God gave his only son Jesus for us to show him how grateful I am I will serve God through my life's vocation by establishing a family with my partner and to teach my kids what it means to be catholic.
