1. Topic: Causes of resistance to change at personal and organizational levels
The topic will be on “causes of resistance to change at personal and organizational levels”. Proper planning on how to deliver the topic will help me avoid gambling around the topic and incidences of leaving important points. I will start with a comprehensive research on the topic to identify the reasons why we have employee resistance to change in organizations. This involves relating what is provided in books with real world situation. I will also prepare myself with examples of each cause of employee resistance to make the students understand the topic with the greatest ease possible.
2. Introduction
In the field of teaching, it is important to combine several forms of expertise to enhance learning these include; content expertise, information delivery expertise (pedagogy), and instructional technology. Content expertise involves well mastery of a specific area of study by a teacher. As teachers, we go through a course at the tertiary level to master the content that we can later deliver to our students. The Comprehensive study prepares us to be well endowed with the knowledge that we later pass to students. This is what is called content expertise.
We also have information delivery expertise (pedagogy). This involves delivering the knowledge to students. A teacher may have the sufficient knowledge to pass to students but lack the expertise to pass it. It is therefore one thing
