Seven-S Framework STRATEGY Cebu Pacific has a 3-pronged approach in moving ahead of the competitors in the tough business climate of the local airline industry in the Philippines. First is stockpile fuel. Cebu Pacific stockpiles fuel in advance, about 1/3 of the fuel that they expect that they need for the year, so that they can focus on other costs. They can do this as the company is still making profits even though there are high fuel costs. The company’s financial reports are posted on their website so that the investors can see how the company is doing financially. Cebu pacific also posts their company policy on their website so they can show how they handle certain internal problems. Some of the policies that are included are whistle-blowing policy, conflict of interest policy, insider trading policy etc. Cebu Pacific also upgraded their booking system for faster booking procedures. They used the Navitaire system, the leading host reservations system provider for majority of the low-cost carriers in the world. The navitaire system will allow the passengers to change or cancel their booking online. The upgrade to navitaire will help Cebu Pacific increase their deficiency and decrease their distribution
