Not much is known about Chad. It is a poor northern African country. There is a lot of terrorists that live there. Also, a lot of terrorists groups. Their leader is a very bad person. He doesn’t believe in being equal and shuts down woman rights.
History
The land by Lake Chad has been homed by people since 500 b.c. as stated by (http://www.infoplease.com/country/chad.html.) Over the thousands of years a trio of rival kingdoms rose. They were called, Kanem-Bornu, Baguirmi, and Ouaddai. This trio began to become united underneath the rule of the Sudanese ruler, Rabih al-Zubayr, around 1883 to 1893. After this the French turned all three kingdoms into a colony known as French Equatorial Africa which is part of Ubangi-Shari (now the Central African Republic) as shown on (http://www.infoplease.com/country/chad.html.)

The people of Chad celebrate at least twelve public holidays. Another popular language in Chad is Arabic. Some of the holidays we have we share with them like: New Year’s Day, Independence Day, Easter, and Christmas. The name that the people of Chad call themselves is Chadians. In some way, shape, or form Chad is like Sudan. Chad is basically a large plain, with some mountain ranges, including the Guéra massif in the center.
Army
Surprisingly, the Chadian Military allows both men and women to serve at the age of twenty. I think that is a good thing to have because they are poor and they don’t have many people who would probably serve. Most of the Chadian military is made up of terrorists. On one of the Channel One shows, it showed girls mostly in their teens going to Isis. The U.S. suspected that the Chadian military had something to do with it. As of 2013, the Chadian army ranks at 88 in the national military ranking. There are about 30,350 people serving in the Chadian Army.

The histories of Ghana, Mali, and Songhai are not well documented. Much of what we know is a mixture of legend, stories and secondhand accounts. North Africa has small coastal areas, some savanna areas, but it is mostly made up of the sahara desert. It is a very dry and hot region. West Africa has some desert areas, wet and dry grasslands, small rainforest, and long rivers, like the Niger River. It has some vegetation areas, but it also has some dry and hot areas. According to legend, Ghana started when a foreigner named Dhinga had to kill a goblin, and marry the goblins pretty daughters. Their offspring became ancestors of the ruling Soninke clans. After he died, his son Dyabe defeated his brother and founded the empire of Ghana somewhere
The Dred Scott Decision of 1857 ruled that African-Americans, even ones who were not enslaved, were not protected under The Constitution and could never be citizens. This brings up questions that will be answered in this paper. Should slaves be American citizens? Is it morally correct for one to own another human? Does the Dred Scott decision contradict The Declaration of Independence which states that every man is created equal?
In 1905, the administrative obligation for Chad became located under a governor wellknown stationed at Brazzaville in what is now Congo. Despite the fact that Chad joined the French colonies of Gabon, Oubangui-Charo, and Moyen Congo to shape the Federation of French Equatorial Africa (AEF) in 1910, it did now not have colonial repute till 1920. The northern place of Chad was occupied by the French in 1914. In 1959, the territory of French Equatorial Africa become dissolved, and 4 states--Gabon, the critical African Republic, Congo (Brazzaville), and Chad--became self-sustaining contributors of the French community. On August eleven, 1960 Chad have become an independent nation below its first president, Francois Tombalbaye.
From the Saharan desert in the North, to the savannah plains in the central region, to the more fertile soil and rivers that feed into Lake Chad in the Southwest, Chad is the fifth largest country in Africa. According to the World Fact Book “the country is comparatively slightly 3 times the size of California”. With two seasons, the rainy season from late April to September (depending on the length of the rainy season which can vary), and the summer season for the rest of the year, Chad is home to around 11.5 million people. With a growing population the country has mostly a younger generation. With almost half the population being under 18 years of age. The majority of the population is girls/women. Women also have a higher life expectancy then men living to

This nation is known for controlling the Great Lakes in central Africa. One of the first things I did was take a swim in Lake Albert. It was nice and refreshing after the long journey through the Great Rift Valley. The people introduced themselves and said they were decedents from the Bantu tribes. Their food was extremely salty, and I later learned this was because this land was filled with salt. When not on food, it was a good to trade. This kingdom was also very diverse. I met another group of people that explained how their ancestors migrated here from the North. These people were mostly cattle herders, known as the Tutsi and the Maasai. I also found the founders of Kitara were the Abatembuzi. After spending a week in this large kingdom, I decided to move on to the next kingdom. As I left, I noted how there were small cities that formed along the borders of
